Awesome - went out of their way!

I bought a $50 Grabone voucher for a Nelson florist Miss Flowergirl. On ordering the flowers she asked for a further $20 for delivery which I paid to her direct. Miss Flowergirl never delivered the flowers then ceased contact. Grabone refunded the $50 for the voucher and gave me a $20 credit for the delivery money that I didn't even pay to them! This was such a generous thing to do and I really appreciate it.

Customer Service Unavailable

Bought a voucher on Grabone. Needed to reach out to customer service, called 5 times, had to wait about 15 min each time without answering the phone, send 3 emails to their helpdesk, never received a respond.

Don't deal with this company!!

GrabOne Customer Service - 10/10

I really have to compliment GrabOne on their customer Service level and am giving them 10/10 based on my experience this week. It was only a small item, probably damaged/broken in transit but GrabOne responded immediately; I have to compliment Jennifer P in particular, as she responded to my emails and kept me updated at all times; she resolved the issue within days!! What more can I say? Trust GrabOne as if you ever have a problem, I can only say that is 'Customer Service' second to none.............many thanks GrabOne (particularly Jennifer P!); Valerie.

Excellent Service.

Hi Guys,

I recently bought luggage from your site and when they arrived one was a different colour from the others. I was dealing with a lady by the name of Jennifer. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jennifer was very professional and helpful. She kept me up to date on returns etc. She promptly replied to all emails that I sent her. In the end I didn't get the luggage that I ordered (through no fault of Jennifers) but I did get a replacement of a different set. So a big well done to Jennifer and I hope you appreciate what an asset she is to Grabone.

Fantastic, friendly & prompt customer help desk, Jennifer was so helpful.

I recently purchased a break away with Grab One which at the time I had the flexibility in my work to use however due to unforseen circumtances this changed pretty quickly and I was unable to use it over the designated days. I contacted the hotel to see if possible to use over a weekend & pay a supplement but unfortunately this was not an option. Thankfully upon contacting the Help Desk in Grab One Jennifer came back to me within the hour & was most helpful & had the whole situation rectified within less than 24hours. Fantastic Customer Service & I will definitely be back & spread the news!

Awful!!!

I received the juicer i purchased in December, the juicer stopped working in February. I tried to phone the customer service number but was on hold for 30 minutes. I emailed the helpdesk and in fairness received a reply within 20 mins. I was advised that i would be sent a replacement juicer but it could take approx 2 weeks as it would have to be ordered in. a week or so later i received another email to say that the juicer was sent but no tracking number was available. that was the 27 February and still no juicer and 5 emails later i am being completely ignored!!! if a manager in grabone customer service happens to read this (i highly doubt it ) CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY JUICER !!!!!! Jennifer the ⭐️ of Grabone customer service ❤️

How to begin, well once upon a time there was a grumpy old dragon..... No seriously, I had a problem and I decided I'd follow up this time not like me at all! I sent off my query via email and poor Jennifer was the unlucky recipient!
To say I'm a hard woman to please might be an understatement! But no matter what I threw at her( I got quiet carried away) Jennifer the lil dazzler just kept doing the do and resolving my issues (started with one and kinda snowballed).
What can I say, if your not satisfied get in touch with the team, they're real people and they get it!! No prob too big or small! 100% satisfaction! Now you can't say that often can you!

Excellent Customer Service

I had a problem with an air fryer which I bought through GrabOne and contacted Customer Service. A lady named Jennifer replied to my email very promptly and took care of the problem. It was great to have the same person deal with me throughout rather than different Customer Service Agents. Jennifer was very professional and courteous and always prompt with replies. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

Park,Stay & Fly with CityNorth Hotel

When attempting to book a reservation with this deal I was informed there was €50 surcharge despite no mention of this in the terms and conditions.
There was no indication it could not be used on a bank holiday weekend.
I contacted Grabone who tried to secure reservation but unfortunately this was unsuccessful also.
Grabone have refunded me and Siofra was most helpful in her efforts.
However CityNorth hotel need to look at their misleading advertising if they are not to fall foul of The Sale Of Goods And Supply Of Services Acts,under which I may yet pursue a claim.

Excellent site, excellent service

I have ordered quite a number of items from the site and only on one occasion was I disappointed with a purchase - but not for long! Jennifer at the Grabone help desk swiftly replied to my email re faulty purchase and had a replacement delivered to me within a week. Excellent service and a most helpful, pleasant manner - five stars, no question!

Brilliant service/customer care

Great service. And fantastic customer service. I duplicated an order in error and emailed the help desk. Dealt with girl called Jennifer who was extremely helpful, efficient and professional at all times. Fantastic experience of customer service with Jennifer and delighted with orders. Best Deal Site ever!

I love using the likes of LivingSocial, Groupon, and of course Grab One. Without a doubt, Grab One is by far the best site for several reasons: there's always an abundance of things to choose from, fantastic deals (like my favorite restaurant or such) show up every now and again (proving its not just a one time thing), the deal is ACTUALLY a good deal and lastly, their customer service is impeccable. I rarely complain so when I do, I want results. Grab One was there to calm my nerves and do their best to accommodate my needs regarding a deal that, through no fault of their own, was not what I expected. In all honesty, a fantastic site all around. I've used them for a few years now and will continue to do so!

Opportunities Too Good To Miss!

I can't recommend Grabone highly enough! I have had wonderful meals at great prices-O'Connell's Restaurant in Donnybrook, Leixlip House Hotel in Leixlip and Palmerstown House Golf Club in Naas were especially good. I have hotel breaks and more meals out booked for next month. But my best experience was a flying lesson with The National Flight Centre in Weston, Co. Dublin. I loved every minute and intend to go back for more. I hope Grabone can get a great deal on a course of flying lessons! So Grabone team-you're doing us all great favours,keep up the good work!
