I would give an zero if I could! I purchased a gift one month ago and it still not delivered to my friend. When I asked the lady called Emma, she provided me the tracking information of an item I bought in December 2017! Come on, how can I track the item back in 2017? Can you give me a time machine?! Terrible, I booked a wakeboarding ride for an hour with Rixen in Onehunga. After paying and checking out, I receive an email for a paddleboard ride in cambridge. I called Rixen immediately and asked them about their offer. The guy Mark was very helpful and confirmed they did have an offer for wakeboarding but that was a year ago. He asked me to send him the offer details which I did. He and I both tried contacting Grabone but you get no response. After several emails , grabone tells me that they have no money back policy and have now stopped replying to my emails.

UPDATE; We got a refund! Finally! It took sometime to get and I emailed GrabOne EVERY day. Eventually an email response dropped into my inbox from GrabOne... My initial request was ignored (that there were no options we could take with this hence asking for a refund or credit) and I received a standard response stating that the vendor had been contacted to ask if they could offer a solution but if the vendor didn't reply within 2 days then a refund would be processed. No matter what the vendor offered us, it wasn't going to work! However, fortunately for us, this particular vendors poor communcation skills (as in they didn't respond to GrabOne) meant that we received the refund.
So it's only fair this review is updated. I'd still say buyer be warned - refunds do not seem to be the norm; but don;t give up! And communication with GrabOne leaves a lot of room for improvement....
Same here - have been emailing them all week (no phone contact available anymore) and no repsonse at all other than the automatic email stating they will aim to reply within 24-48 hours..... Really, really poor customer service. I agree with the comment below - maybe Fair Go need to be informed? No idea what else could help to address this issue of no contact?

Grabone don't do refunds, and they definitely don't do customer service. An automatic email said theyd reply within 24 hours, its Day 3 and I'm not holding my breath

Terrible response, seriously taken weeks and im still waiting for a response. You cannot call grab one, i really think this company should be put on FAIR GO!! My restaurant voucher is not valid on a Tuesday for lunch even though it clearly states that they are open from Tues to Sat 12noon to 10pm this is Earl restaurant. I called them and they said they were closed on a tuesday for lunch cannot use voucher for dinner either. Not happy this is terrible service especially when there is many businesses struggling. Grab one i want to hear from you! I want a refund!
GRABONE NZ - lack of contact
Cleaning service was below standard, Grabone would not engage with a complaint without photos (which don't clearly show dirt).

Sixteen days after I ordered, nine days after I was due to receive my goods and four business days since I raised a query with the helpdesk (which says it aims to respond within two business days) and I'm still awaiting my goods, or a refund, or at least a response that isn't an automated email bounceback. The phone line message says they're too busy to answer in a reasonable time, so contact them via, you guessed it, the non-responsive helpdesk. Avoid: I certainly will in future. N.B. Order made and goods due before renewed covid outbreak.
Grabone - introduced post GFC, not a good idea
Grab one is an industry that came to post GFC and probably seemed like a good idea initially but I think its worth steering clear off. I have used it when starting a new business, but also as a recipient of gifts (never brought the vouchers myself). I dislike it from both accounts. From a business perspective, its 50% LESS, THEN a third to Grab One. A business that starts off on receiving only one third of the current rates needed, does not make sense. So silly idea to use for a new startup, as people who want everything for nothing, always want everything for nothing, and just do the rounds of vouchers. I was new to the business and thought it was a great idea, but month after month, I started to have so many issues with the clients especially ones who brought many vouchers, then didn't use them in the time frame expiry started to become more and more each month (and at the time most people gave 2 months, I gave 3). I worked full time and had NO restrictions on day time or hour to receive a voucher.
The gift vouchers I received four. One of the 4 was great (my family would buy them for gatherings) one was exactly as if full-paying, but the other 3 were beyond terrible, two were cafes, and the service was disgusting and disrespectful. It was ironic one was a voucher for my birthday to the sort of business I am in, and it was literally THE WORST experience, it was everything that you should and would not do. To me, never again, I don't buy them OR use them in business (don't need to now, I know how to get business). I value, and won't settle for anything but full paying regular clients. I also LOVE to pay full price, to support businesses, and value you that too, and I support people doing a good job. Discounted vouchers are not the way to go for anyone. It creates poorly behaved clients and does not support small business.
WARNING!!
WARNING!!! Do not purchase vouchers for Lavish or Lave Cleaning. It is the same person and they tend to switch their names. I purchased a clean which I had to book a month in advance. On the morning they were due, they text me to advise their car had broken down and we would need to reschedule. Well it’s now been 7 weeks and they are still not replying to my requests to reschedule. I have emailed grab one and must admit they were a little slow to respond. I am now waiting for them to credit my account so I can book with a reputable company.
Worst or the worst service providers
Worst or the worst service providers. Seems it’s not cheaper but lesser value. You pay for what you get. Much much lesser value. Service providers have silly terms and conditions. Like massage and pay extra for oil. Like too few hair appointment slots and not you have to book for a 10.30am only so you can get an appointment in 4-5 weeks only. Also now the not so much cheaper price apparently depends upon you length of hair so we may have to pay more. Good thing my wife’s hair isn’t that long.
NZ Grabone is good
NZ Grabone is good. Email support is fast and efficient. Purchases go wrong because of the businesses Grabone are utilising. I purchased a pair of F9-10 TWS Bluetooth Stereo Bass Earphones. The charging base held it's charge since received for 3wks but that's without using. The earbuds will charge for 10 - 15 mins then stop. Need to manually check often and move each earbud for red light to display to get them charging again.
When they are at 99 % charged, the moment they are taken out of charging base they drop percentage rate very fast giving listening sound time a total of 20 minutes the least if you are lucky enough. The earbuds are too bulky and too big for my ear drums that they don't fit comfortably at all and tend to bounce out onto the floor lol. Such a shame because the stereo sound and outside noise cancel is primo. What a shame the manufacturer didn't work on the quality because they could've made a DECENT profit - Thumbs down 👎 Note* Don't ever buy cheap $39 things. You pay for what you get. Cheap and nasty!
