Flat Battery
Easily logged my breakdown for a flat battery in a multi storey car park via the app. Received a phone call pretty much straight away from the attending engineer. He attended very quickly, went above and beyond to get my car sorted, and was extremely friendly throughout. Couldn't fault the service, and I'm fussy! 10/10

We have used Green Flag for the past few years. They have been quick to respond with a wait of never more than 1 hour. However, my renewal letter came with an increase of over £400. I phoned to cancel auto renewal, the assistant was really helpful but couldn’t understand why we were being charged so much and couldn’t override the computer either. He advised to re-quote on the website & the cost was less than last years so we took the quote (also cheaper than AA & RAC). Very happy 😊
