Overall a very helpful company as I found the whole experience very stressful. At times I felt they could have contacted me abit more with updates but towards the end found communication with Sammy extremely helpful which made it less stressful

Great communication and support. Samantha from the Clacton branch was on the ball and helped push the sale along. They could be a little more competitive on fees but sometimes you do get what you pay for. Very happy with the way the sale was handled from start to finish. Haart do take professional photos and this made such a difference when comparing other agents listings.

Had the pleasure of an initial contact with Julie Grace, gave me great advice with regards to selling a property, she answered several questions on the selling process and cleared up any uncertainties I had. Julie forwarded my details to the sales and marketing team, who have now been in contact, and I will be going forward with Haart as soon as my property is ready for sale.

Julie Grace has been great at getting us into our new home and making sure we are happy and issues are resolved, really pleased and would recommend asking for Julie if you have any problems. She answers out of hours and always replies to a message!

The whole experience with the Haart team in Colchester was a positive one. In time for viewings; friendly, courteous, polite and helpful. I'd particularly like to mention our move manager, Samantha Ramsey (Clacton). Her input and liaison with the Conveyancing company was invaluable in speeding the process up whenever it seemed to be stalling. She's a credit to the company!

Julie Grace..... thank you for taking over and getting things sorted for me, you are a star!! Customer service skills are excellent and very polite and helpful too. I needed to make a formal complaint after moving into my home due to misrepresentation on the sellers part i was advised to first contact the estate agents before taking matters further .My hand delivered letter was ignored no response when i contacted the company two weeks later they were so rude and dismissive it is obliged to acknowledge a formal complaint and try to resolve the issue not good for promoting business if i had the option zero stars

This amazing Lettings TEAM in Clacton has the very best property manager named JULIE GRACE. Julie is someone you can rely on to problem solve and she won’t stop until things are properly resolved!
We have recently needed her more than ever and she took away any added stress we might have had.

Several times through no fault of agent was let down on viewing three times at last minute by vendor. We are serious buyers looking for right property to eventually retire in. So twice now left contact details to again try for viewing of property. Now agents twice have not come back to us and feel what good would our chances be to sell and buy through them. Deeply disappointed as we are very serious about it if we liked the property ours would immediately go on sale with them.
