They say they work to make moving frictionless, but we haven’t experienced nothing but friction so far.
We moved (or were scheduled to move) into a new flat about a week ago. We asked for some redecorations to be done before moving in (for which we offered a higher price) but were done the night before, so the flat wasn’t cleaned at all. When we asked before moving in about the cleaning, we were lied to several times, been told it was already clean (which very clearly wasn’t). We moved in (without an inventory we’ve been asking for) and the flat not only was dirty but 1 of the bathrooms (the only one with a shower) doesn’t have water flow, so we can’t shower or even feel comfortable bathing our baby, given that it’s clearly not been cleaned in a very long time.
We’ve been emailing, calling and asking the agents (not only 1, but 4 of them) but they do nothing but ignoring us, they say they will call us, but never do, and we are still in a dirty non-functioning flat. We are super frustrated exhausted and desperate to get this process finished. We can say it’s a moving full of anxiety and not particularly frictionless

I just wanted to say how very helpful & efficient Samantha is , It makes the moving experience a whole lot better.
All the staff at Haart are very helpful & friendly .

Both of the ladies in the Clacton letting team went above and beyond what I’d normally expect from a letting agent, in fact they spent nearly an entire day between them trying (and succeeding) to sort out an electric meter issue with Unity (rubbish supplier)
