I had a viewing booked with Honor from clacton lettings and she was absolutely lovely from the word go,from over the phone to meeting at the property,nothing was too much trouble and very easy to talk to,she puts you at ease straight away.cant praise her enough for her help

Absolutely disgraceful service only care about themselves and don't care one bit about conditions of properties there managing they literally do nothing if u get a problem in your property beware these people are absolutely useless they leave toilets blocked,drains collapsed,are happy to have drug dealing from there addresses and are generally not worth a jotabsolutely degrading,disgusting and generally non cooperative

I had quite a few issues with being past onto different staff members and my enquiries not getting dealt with due to so many changes. But since having Toni as my property manager. Every issue I've had as been sorted and sorted promptly. Great communication from her and a really lovely person
