We could’ve easily booked the same holiday cruise ourselves online.
However, there were certain questions and guidance that we needed to obtain that aren’t always covered online.
So, off to Hays we went to have our queries and questions answered.
Rachel, who dealt with us is delightful, knowledgeable, and friendly, all the attributes that encourage us to revisit Hays for any future adventures that we have in the pipeline.
The shop in Burnley is sparkly new and looks good in their corporate colours of orange and blue, as do the staff uniforms.
Only problem is that they can’t seem to find their kettle, as it was as dry in there as the Gobi Desert!! lol
