Pleasure to deal with.
Caroline was great from the word go. We gave her a basic idea of what we would like, type of accommodation,flight duration etc and she came back with 6-8 different hotels to start looking at. We settled on one but still needed to sort passports. She saved our details for us to pick up later. In the mean time we stumbled across another we liked so contacted Caroline again with this one and about an hour she had us a deal sorted. Really friendly, knowledgeable and her years and experience in the travel industry are certainly apparent.
This is the 2nd holiday Caroline has sorted for us and I will continue to go to her first in future.
