Caroline is mint
Caroline is mint! This is the third holiday she has booked for me and fourth she has looked into for me. She goes above and beyond every time - I am blown away by her speed, her attention to detail, the options she provides and her client centred approach. She is helpful in her suggestions, gentle in her reminders (of which I need many :)) and I have complete trust in her. Having booked one holiday through Hays this year but not through Caroline I missed the extra attention to detail that she provides. I feel like a person when communicating with Caroline not just another booking. She is an absolute super star!

Couldn’t have asked for better customer…
Couldn’t have asked for better customer service… I gave a brief for my short stay in London and Caroline went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible..she took the stress out of having to try and do this myself.. I have no doubt that if the need arises that I will definitely be using her service again …

Excellent service all round!
Caroline was extremely helpful when sending a very vague enquiry for a group holiday! She offered us the best options with free child places, and the cheapest way/time to go. Responded really quickly to every email until we made our final decision. Highly recommended her services! Will use every time we book a holiday now.
