I booked a holiday with Michael and Carol at Hays Travel yesterday and couldn't be more impressed. Michael was very attentive, responsive, and genuinely interested in understanding what I was looking for in a holiday, ensuring that it suited my preferences and budget. I booked with Michael whilst on holiday and I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing! Michael is so knowledgeable I went to him with an idea and he absolutely went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best deal with all the extras! It couldn’t be much easier when booking with him! No going through call centres just a quick message and we were sorted! He gives multiple options within your budget so never the worry anything is out of the price range. Even between booking the holiday and going away Michael is just a message away and he’s super helpful- all my future holidays will definitely be through him as he took the stress of looking for holidays away in such a friendly and professional manner

Holiday expectations
Michael came highly recommended from a family member and I have to give credit where credit is due.
