Jo listened carefully to what we wanted…
Jo listened carefully to what we wanted and was so quick in sending holiday info throigh, despite us changing our holiday plans completely and going for something different. It feels like nothing is too much trouble for her and it’s taken the pressure out of travelling knowing that she’s there to ask.

Great booking experience
This is our second cruise booked through Jo-Anne Thomas. She is friendly and professional and always responds quickly to messages.
