I have recently returned from Dubrovnik.
I have recently returned from Dubrovnik. Suzanne and here team were excellent in picking the right hotel in the right area. I had a grand time. The highlight was a day trip to the Kravice waterfalls and Mostar both in Bosnia supported by the incredibly knowledgeable guide Robert.
What was impressive was being able to ring Hays and sort out the pick up point for this trip because initially the whole thing was a muddle.
Hays are very good at putting your mind at rest over all manner of things.

Holiday booking rated 5. Not having, as promised, placed an order for Hungarian currency, only finding this out when arriving at Newbury Branch to collect it, and then having to make a 35 mile round trip to obtain it, rated 0. Basingstoke branch providing currency upon visit, net rank 3.
