The staff are very knowledgeable, super friendly and make time for every customer what ever there enquiry. Hadn't been on Holiday for 8 years so was very nervous but open to suggestions within my budget and criteria.

Hayes Travel Amazing
We found the young man named Sam very efficient and sociable and he came over as really enjoying his job with Hayes. Would definitely ask to see him if booking another holiday.

2026 cruise
We went into your branch in Newbury to make enquiries about a cruise we were interested in and as none of our party have ever been on a cruise we wanted some advice. The gentleman who helped us, I believe his name was Sam was excellent, he guided us through everything we needed to know and helped us make our booking. I would highly recommend going into the branch and speaking to a human being, all the staff in there seemed exceptionally helpful and Sam definitely excelled, we are now looking forward to our cruise next year, thankyou.
