First Class Service
The customer service was outstanding, Gareth in the Port Talbot shop and the young lady too couldn't do enough for us. They were polite, friendly, informative, helpful and efficient. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. We gave them our holiday requirements and they researched them for us and came up with several options. When we had decided they booked everything with no problems.

The member of staff who served us was interupted by her colleague who needed to access the bureau de change.
Then we were interupted a second time as the other person could not assist the customer who wanted to change euros.
The person serving us then left us to serve at the Bureau de change. The other staff member completed our booking.
The staff prioritised the other customers who entered the store in the middle of our consultstion.
We thought this was rude

I would like to stress that on the day in question we were short staffed in the branch due to staff sickness and had to have help and assistance from our colleagues from another store to help us here in Port Talbot, although both staff members are trained in the bureau, it was the advisor serving you who had the full access to the security features within the bureau and that's why they had to go to serve the customer. I would like to assure you that it was not a case of prioritising one customer over the other, but more of trying to give both customers an acceptable level of service.
