My booking was carried out extremely efficiently. Everything was explained in Great detail. Lyndsay has obviously been in her job a long time as she carried out her task in an expert manner

Excellent experienced staff

Ross is efficient, knowledgeable and a nice person. Two trainee's in the office also, one of them i know...She'll be great.
The lady that handles the foreign exchange, also very nice to deal with. I won't be booking with any other travel agent again.

Some background music would add to the experience.

In the end the booking was made as I requested however it took some time and, I presume, head office had to do it which took some extra time.

A recent off the cuff visit to hays travel in Troon after seeing a add for Tenerife few weeks ago ,Lynsey sourced the deal went through it all and got us booked up ,Lindsay even stayed on after her finish time to get all sorted and booked ,a credit to her professional and pleasurable personality in our first overseas holiday together after 20 years marriage (we had dogs) thank you Lynsey and hays travel
