I cannot thank these ladies enough. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress when left in a difficult situation. I was well looked after and my dress just stunning. I recommended later when my sister got engaged and also my friend, and they both got their dresses from Heart Brides as well.

Awful experience. As soon as I entered the salon no-one welcomed me, the owner sat on her 'perch' looking at her phone, i was graced with her being able to look at me to tell me to sit 'there'. I asked about a bathroom without even making eye contact she said she doesnt have a bathroom and I had to walk to the co-op 10 mins down the road. I dont think this is legal for her staff. We were not offered a glass of water, tea or coffee -
I was rushed and told just to look, I was given no advice from them - when picking a veil out the owner again shouting give her the small one.
When I asked if we could take a photo as my mother was not able to come I was barked at not to take a photo - like I am going to share it online? who does that?
Honestly I am so surprised at the reviews, maybe because her dresses are cheaper people put up with it - but it was dire! I would not spend my money here and I will definitely not recommend. I felt rushed and like I was an inconvenience - the owner is seriously rude. Even If I found a beautiful dress I would not want to support this business.

Amazing!
I was so nervous (as I’m plus size) but all nerves disappeared as soon as I walked through the door.
I wasn’t pushed to spend more money as the first dress I tried (a sale dress) was the one! Overall a really enjoyable experience- I had been putting off going to a bridal shop.
Would recommend 10000% thank you ladies xx

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the girls at Heart Brides. They were so friendly and helpful! I came to the shop back in October to get a fitting after having my dress for a few years due to lockdown. My dress didn’t fit me anymore so I mentioned this to them straight away. I was so happy when they said they had the exact same dress in a size up!! And it was the only one they had, it was like fate :) I put it on and it fitted perfectly, didn’t need to have any alterations and I didn’t have to pay out for another dress! Also, because I had paid for my dress in full at the time I bought it, I was able to get my 2 free items! I picked out a veil and a lovely hair piece :) THEN (just kept getting better) Because I was getting married abroad they gave me this lovely pink case to put my dress in for when I travel!
Couldn’t have fault them, honestly, if anyone is looking for a wedding dress you need to go to Heart Brides :)

5 stars is not enough!! From the second I walked through the door the experience was everything I hoped looking for my wedding would be! The ladies were so welcoming and friendly and they made me feel so special from beginning to end. They helped me pick dresses to try on and gave me advise on styles that would suit me, but they also listened to what I wanted, they were so attentive during the whole process and thanks to Heartbrides I found my perfect dress. I can not recommend them enough!! You won’t regret a visit if you’re looking for your dream wedding dress.

This place is absolutely amazing! Would 100% recommend. All the staff were so helpful and all the dresses are beautiful and affordable and they made my experience so special.

Everyone at Heart Brides was amazing, they made us feel so comfortable and welcome and knew exactly which dresses to pull out. The dresses were all beautiful it was hard to pick just one and all were affordable so it didn't limit my choice. I would recommend anyone to come here to find there dream dress. We travelled from Essex and it was well worth the journey.

Not only do Heart Brides have an amazing selection of dresses, they go above and beyond for their brides. I was really self conscious when trying on wedding dresses but they made the experience so enjoyable and I found my dream dress. The alterations were perfect and I felt so comfortable on my wedding day. Thank you so much ♥️

Chose my wedding dress at heart brides today and I’m so happy with it. The ladies at heart brides are amazing and very welcoming . Nothing was too much. I tried on many dresses and each one was beautiful but fell in love with the first one I tried. Highly recommend

As a curvy bride who dreaded trying on wedding dresses I didn’t think there would be a dress I felt good in! But this incredible team and shop with so much choice and quality blew me away! I found my dream dress and felt incredible at the appointment and all the way through to my wedding day! I was made to feel comfortable at all times and helped all along the way, being able to pay in instalments also helped a lot at a very expensive time! Thankyou so so much to everyone at heart brides you gave me the confidence to feel good about myself! Xx

I messaged Heart Brides in January explaining I was a plus sized bride and on a budget, they replied straight away offering me an appointment for 15th January, and I paid the £20 deposit to secure the appointment, with no pressure to purchase from them.
I arrived on the day and the first thing they did was credit the £20 back to my account.
I was dreading having to try on dresses, but these ladies were so lovely and soon put me at ease, explaining how the dresses were on the rails within price ranges.
I was shown the sale rail/lower priced dresses , but I was a bit hesitant at taking dresses off the rail as I didn’t know what I wanted, one of the ladies soon came over and started picking dresses off the rail for me to try , saying if there was nothing in this first lot I was trying on that I liked , there was still more to try.
The fifth dress I tried on was my dream dress, needed a few minor alterations, but it was the one ❤️

Incase you are wondering why it’s taken me so long to write this review…. It’s because we had an elopement wedding in Cornwall on 1st June 2022.
So to all you brides looking for your dream dress no matter what size you are or whatever size budget you have , book an appointment with Heart Brides , you won’t be disappointed xxx

I first met Zoie and her daughter Abbie back in January 2019 and instantly I felt at ease and connected with them both. I had no idea on what type of dress I wanted, but that wasn’t a issue, while my bridesmaids picked out dresses so did Abbie, she picked dresses that were not usually something I would go for but she showed me all different styles so I knew what was going to work for me and what wasn’t. Once I found MY dress, Abbie Pulled it all in and clipped it all together so I could get a proper look on how it would look once altered. This whole time I was there was perfect and the whole process was so smoothly ran. At the end of 2019 I had a panic about my dress, I spoke to Zoie, she explained it wasn’t a issue and she arranged for me to meet them again with my dress and try it on again and of course I was still in love with it. Nothing was ever too much for Zoie! Due to covid our date got postponed 3 times, Zoie could not of been more helpful and caring and sympathetic towards the whole situation. She kept in contact with me through the whole pandemic and each time we rearranged our date, she worked with me to arrange fittings. Finally March 2022 came around and I got to go and visit the new shop and start my fittings, yet again Zoie greeted me with the biggest smile and the friendliest atmosphere. My dress completely transformed with every fitting into my perfect dress! I can not thank Zoie enough for my whole wedding dress experience, 100% professional, friendly, kind and not only did I get to wear the dress of my dreams, I also made a friend for life.

I visited Heart Brides after I got let down badly by another bridal shop recently with a matter of only 4 weeks to my wedding! My original dress had countless issues and needed some major alterations to get it to the point where it was wearable and with only 4 weeks to the wedding, this was an impossible task. After many ups and downs, I finally decided to give up on the original dress and look for a new one. I came across Zoie and Heart Brides in a help forum for brides affected by the other bridal shop, and I am so unbelievably thankful I found them when I did. At first I was a bit hesitant about whether I would find a new dress I loved as much as the original, but as soon as I was into the store and saw the incredible selection of dresses for all shapes in sizes those worries went away! Zoie and all the amazing ladies at Heart Brides were so lovely and friendly, and put me right at ease. I found three dresses that were perfect and I would have happily purchased, but after much deliberation I eventually settled on one. Knowing my wedding is only in a couple of weeks they rushed through my alterations and now I can honestly say that the new dress from Heart Brides is better than the original!! I can't thank Zoie and the other ladies enough, they have saved my wedding day and I cannot wait to show off my beautiful new dress at my wedding next week. Thank you Heart Brides for saving the day, I should have listened to my Mum and visited you in the first place! :D

I will be forever grateful to the lovely ladies at hearts brides for making me feel and look beautiful on my wedding day ! I was so nervous about dress shopping but they made me feel comfortable and special. I had an idea of the dress I wanted and very clear ideas of the dress I didn’t but they were honest about what would suit me and yes I ended up with the dress i said I def didn’t want because I listened to their experience and knowledge. Absolutely over the moon that Heart Brides helped me find my dream dress. It was so so lovely to have an appointment as it felt really special and private. The two ladies were so helpful, honest and patient with me when I was trying on lots of different dresses and then I finally found the one. They gave me guidance for dress alterations, ways of having my hair to the style of the dress. The experience was just amazing. Thankyou xx

Zoie and Abi were so helpful when another bridal shop let me down badly. I walked into their little shop and there hung the dress of my dreams! The dress which I thought I wasn't going to be wearing was mine again. I had a wonderful wedding day and so many people commented on my dress. Thank you both so much! x

Amazing experience from first visit, picking my dress right up to final fitting and bringing my dress home. The ladies at heart brides make you feel welcome and at ease through the whole process and not pressurised at all, highly recommend!

I couldn’t recommend Heart Brides more, they were so welcoming and made me feel so at ease. I didn’t feel self conscious at all, quite the opposite. They really listened to what I wanted and even put up with my opinionated entourage!
The whole experience was so Lovely and I left with my prefect dress; at a really great price!

From start to finish my experience with this wonderful shop and ladies was excellent!, took my daughter a nervous plus bride for a appointment she was very nervous and worried about trying on dresses!!……as soon as we entered the shop all my worries for her faded away, the welcome was warm, the shop was beautiful, the ladies were fantastic and the choice of dresses was amazing!!!!…..my daughter found the dress of her dreams, which she thought she never would……All I can say is Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
