Can manufacturing defect
Their soup cans are designed incorrectly. They can no longer be safely stacked on top of each other raising the real risk that a heavy can could fall onto a small child from a significant height. Also it’s extremely irritating to the rest of us having stacked cans falling all over the place. The bottom of the can needs to be rounded to allow stacking as is done by basically everyone else who sells canned food. Looking forward to when they correct this obvious manufacturing defect!
Too much sugar and so overrated better…
Too much sugar and so overrated better off going to Lidl or Aldi even Sainsbury’s own are half the price and taste better
Expensive because of the amount of advertising this company uses
Honestly if you like cream of tomato do a blind taste test with Aldi and Heinz you won’t be able to tell the difference
Heinz Tomato Soup
Heinz Tomato Soup, what’s going on? I’m not a soup person but Heinz Tomato Soup what can I say, well until recently. It’s gone from being the best out there to watery tasteless soup. It’s just not the same know more, what have you done Heinz bring back the proper Tomato soup we all love.
Glass in Oxtail Soup Jan 2026 - Heinz Has Provided Fair Solution
Found 2 sharp shards of glass whilst eating one of Heinz Soup - Oxtail which I microwaved as per instructions; shocking for sure, glad I didn't cut my mouth open, nor my elderly mum have the soup and cut her throat.
Checked Microwave dish and turning plate - couldn't see any shard's, cracks for it.
Maybe Qc issue at Heinz - ? eg fault equipment, foreign object debris
20260116 - As per Heinz Chloe instruction I have sent the example shard of very sharp glass back to Heinz to investigate and I will Up / Lower my Review rating depending on Heinz reply and conclusion.
20260122 - Heinz investigated and is unknown Source of Contamination either Home / Factory ( Investigation has been done) and Heinz as good will gave a good solution to me, mum and Heinz - Well Done Heinz
My warning to other's is to check contents pre and post cooking, for elderly and disabled (I'm autistic) you may need to filter / sive the contents after cooking to check for sharp foreign objects and also make sure item is within date; which my Oxtail Soup was, bit disappointing to find sharp piece/s of dangerous glass in my soup - Heinz Oxtail SOUP
Heinz Tomato Ketchup Like Water Now & Tasteless.
Last several bottles are so runny and thin. Nothing like they used to be. Even if you really shake it before opening it still runns out of the plastic bottle like water. Never used to do that. Used only this brand for years and now looking for a good alternative as this now tastes and looks terrible.
Can’t believe the heinz soup
Can’t believe the difference in Heinz soup now , terrible awful soup, thin watery no chicken or
Mushroom hardly to be found , maybe a morsel !!
Will never buy it again
I have been googling this evening.
I have been googling this evening as I think there may be a problem.
As a diabetic I am very careful with my diet as it is my diet that keeps my diabetes under control....With winter coming on I have added Heinz tomato soup into my diet and now I find I get constipated which after my abdominal surgery is a bad idea.
The words Palm Oil keep coming up and that is something I've been told to stay away from, chocolate, cake, bread are all on the list of stuff that can cause constipation.
Heinz Minestrone Soup
Got some Heinz Minestrone Soup today from Asda, as always look forward to it especially at Christmas, opened it up to what I can only describe looked like a can of sick! miniature bits of noodles, very watery, hardly any other veg and tasted very very bland, WTF have you done Heinz!!! Over Priced, Cheap & Nasty Ingredients!!! Won't be buying Ever Again! If I could give zero I would do!

Uncertainty in my Labelling
The web site doesn’t confirm what you’ve written for your label (so taking a screenshot is essential)! Tracey of the Heinz Customer Care Team got back to me quickly and put my mind at rest. Fast and efficient - excellent!
I have fond memories of Heinz as a…
I have fond memories of Heinz as a younger time and have today decided to end the time. I bought at a very expensive tin and looked forward to lunch . One taste sent out straight down the sink. Tasteless garbage with no flavour no body and absolutely no value for money it was worth 75 pence if any value. And I won't be buying Heinz again .
Tried Heinz Cream of Chicken Soup and…
Tried Heinz Cream of Chicken Soup and it was a huge let-down. Bland, weak, and completely lacking flavour. Nothing creamy, nothing chicken about it. Honestly one of the poorest soups I’ve tried. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
brocoli and stilton and curried buttrrnut stay away
Opened brocoli and stilton yesterday went down the sinkvtoday curried butternut squash is going the same way
No taste yesterday just weirdness and today the currys there in a water tasting background. Probably changed it from just butternut squash cos theres wasnt any taste. They arent cheap either
Your long running advert about the bad…
Your long running advert about the bad sasterd crying because he's lost his beans is one of the most annoying on the television.
I would never buy any of your over priced products.
Big Soup Beef & Veg
Your Big Soup's used to be very tasty.
I'm assuming you're not earning enough profit from people, as prices are ridiculously high, while the recipe has literally been watered down so that you can't really taste the beef.
If anything, its like cream of tomato soup with veg in.
A con.
Just like to say after being a loyal…
Just like to say after being a loyal soup and cuppa soup customer for many years till now. What have you done your serving double price products which are like water and no flavour . Lidl equivalent blows you out the water at half price and quality taste . Maybe it’s about time you called it a day is if this is a s good as it’s going to get won’t recommend and definitely not buy no more.
Watery Big Soup
Used to love Heinz Big Soup but had been noticing recently its definitely not the same consistency. It used to be quite thick however its just a watery mess now. I am definitely never using Heinz soups anymore. Price as gone up while quality has gone down, make it make sense.
Tins do not stack on each other :(
Tins do not stack on each other. I love your low sugar, low salt Heinz Baked Beans. I just want you to make the tins so they will stack in my cupboard. I have lots of tins that stack but Heinz tins do NOT fit into each other. Please can you sort this out.
I would like to complement you on your…high standards set by your company
I would like to complement you on your soups we are a shoot in mid wales and twice a week we use 40 cans a week for four months of the yearalways the same quality and always enjoyed by everyone my only annoyance is the way supermarkets increase there prices at this time of the year
Chicken water
Chicken water. Or the tin says chicken soup. This is disgusting no taste and just watery. What a waste of money binned 5 tins
