Why have you started putting rapeseed…
Why have you started putting rapeseed oils in your soups! I haven't bought any since this change + I know I'm not the only one, you may aswell start putting engine oil in your products ,as it is just as harmful, you should be ashamed, don't come at me with pricing, you should be using cream sourced from farmers + supporting them instead of poisoning the nation with that filth! I do hope you return to the old recipe + regain many customers.
Poor service and damaged products.
Ordered some tins online some of which arrived damaged. They were wrapped in brown paper loose in a box rather than with cardboard dividers or bubble wrap. Trying to speak to someone about it meant three phone calls to their customer service which actually didn't deal with online orders and there was no number for the online order team to call. They emailed the team and I then had to wait for someone to ring me back. That didn't happen although when I rang them again a second time someone told me that it said on their system that someone HAD contacted me. Must have been via telepathy. Anyway someone did finally ring me back and refund the tins that were damaged. No really sorry. No offer of a discount or any offer to lessen the wasted time and effort on my part. In fact they sounded like they couldn't have cared less about my feedback. Needless to say in this day and age of service and choice I will choose not to order from them again and let that be a lesson about their service and how they should deal with customers who have been loyal to their brand for 55 years.
Water …
I purchased some of Heinz carrot and coriander soup. When I was stirring the soup , it seemed to be a bit watery. And never give it a thought until I started eating the soup and it didn’t get any better. I tipped the soup down the sink. I’ve never tasted soup in fact the soup had no taste at all and I really didn’t think there was any carrots in there as well or coriander very disappointed with this soap I don’t think will be purchasing any of Hans’s products ever again
What has happened to Heinz soups
What has happened to Heinz soups. Had two cans recently, I thought the first was a one off it was little better than water. Second can different flavour this time was the same. Such a shame!!!
I used to loved the canned tomato soup
I used to loved the canned tomato soup. Not it tastes so bland and watered down
I used to love Heinz big soup so…
I used to love Heinz big soup so decided today to stock up on a few in preparation of the colder weather, however when I open my tin of chicken and vegetable soup to my disappointment it tasted like dish water, what has happened?
Heinz new chicken & vegetable soup pot
Heinz new chicken & vegetable soup pot, sludgy grey/green liquid appeared to have all the right bits present but little chicken. Horrible burnt flavour not to be repeated nor its other creations in pots. Have bought a soup maker so only me to blame in future
OMG Heinz Soups
OMG!
What has happened to Heinz tinned soups???
Utterly disappointing!
Sooooo expensive, zero taste.
Each one that I have recently paid nearly £2 per tin, has a vile 🤢 GLOUPY consistency, so synthetic taste.
Tinned soups have always been a ‘Go-To’ store cupboard favourite….. I will never ever buy Heinz again, neither will my family or friends. Heinz, this is a knock on effect ….🤮🤢
Worst soup EVER
I have a medical condition, which means I can't eat too many "solid's". I rely on branded tinned soup to give me as much nutrition as possible.
I stopped eating heinz cream of chicken soup about 5 years ago.
I thought they may have improged the recipe by now, so tried it again. My God, it was disgusting! The consistency of tap water, with a hint of flavouring. It had so little chicken in it, I almost think Heinz are breaking the law, by describing it as 'cream of chicken soup'. I've had better, much better soup in hospitals. The current Heinz is not even good enough to contend as a 'budget range' soup. Do yourself a huge favour. DO NOT pay, the ludicrous prices Heinz charge for this 'dish water'. Go to Aldi or Lidl and try their chicken soup. A fraction of the price of Heinz, and much much much better taste and quality. I actually think my dog wouldn't go near this Heinz rubbish!!!
(Non) Creamy (Non)chicken Soup
Baught a 4 pack of creamy chicken soup,it tasted like dish water,no consistency,no flavour, only had a couple of spoonfuls, that was enough for me,total waste of my money also where was the chicken!won't be buying anything else from Heinz, too expensive and tastes like crap bye bye 😠
Baked beans…
Baked beans…
Too much liquid.
Not enough beans.
Mediocre flavour.
Massively overpriced product.
A complete waste of money.
Use any alternative's..and they’ll be better.
No chicken, a little hard, half-cooked corn,
Choking on this awful, tasteless, bowl of wood pulp from boiled corn husks. Throw it out or throw it up. I'm disgusted with Heinz making pretend soup out of old, empty husks.
What happened Heinz??
Just had what is referred to on the tin as 'chicken soup', believe me, it is anything but. Cream coloured water more like and nothing to what it used to be. Same as the beans & sausages we used to love, they are a shadow of the original. I don't know who's making all these changes at Heinz but they've gone from first choice to last choice for us. What a bunch of cheap, tasteless, horrible and overpriced products.
PS I made the mistake of buying a six pack soup, the other 5 tins aren't even fit for the food bank, in the bin they went.
No more Heinz sauce for me
I have been buying Heinz no added sugar sauces for some years and have been quite happy with them yesterday I paid £3 for a jar of Heinz tomato, grana padano & mascarpone sauce. I was extremely disappointed with the subsequent meal. The sauce tasted like tomato flavoured water. Was very runny out of the jar which was never usually the case. I don't know what has happened to Heinz. A shame. I won't be risking another purchase.
Heinz Spaghetti
Wow just opened a tin of heinz spaghetti which i dont normally buy due to the extortionate price of it to be greeted by what i can only say was a tin of spaghetti soup at least a third was a Watery tasteless sauce will not buy again i suppose water is cheaper than putting actual food in to it .
Heinz tomato, black garlic and garlic sauce
Heinz tomato, black garlic and garlic sauce is awful. Tasted more like a beef gravy with no taste of garlic at all. So very disappointed
Just had a tin of Heinz’s Chicken & Veg…
Just had a tin of Heinz’s Chicken & Veg Big soup. OMG! this has definitely been watered down. The taste is awful, bland and nothing like the earlier recipe. I will no longer buy Heinz soups or other products given the drop in quality. Probably a good thing as this is completely ultra-processed and something we all should be avoiding going forward due to the high risk of cancer from UPF’s. Thanks Heinz but farewell!
Stop changing the recipe and putting in…
Stop changing the recipe and putting in shit because the government have told you too and poising your own people were not silly Billy’s your food is dog shit
Heinz beans
Heinz beans. 1 word - bleugh!
Tasteless, some serious value engineering has occurred here disguised in health marketing. Reduced salt, reduced sugar, more like reduced quality and flavour. Will not buy again.
It has to be Heinz more like it has to be Branstons!
HEINZ BEANS NO MORE
I just opened up a tin of Heinz beans I was thoroughly disappointed with what I found in the tin tasteless watery sauce with mushy beans I can't believe they expect people to buy them at the price they are charging Everything at Heinz is going downhill rapidly since money grabbing Kraft has taken over
