Just opened a tin of chicken and mushroom soup where is the chicken and where is the mushroom? It was a tin of water. I am a disabled pensioner and have to watch every penny I could have turned the tap on and got more nourishment. SHAME on you Heinz.

Unimpressed

As a loyal customer of Heinz for over 50 years I am extremely disappointed to find out they have changed the sauce in their Macaroni. Not even a warning on the can to tell you they have changed the recipe. I won't be buying these products again unless they revert back to the original recipe. There are othe manufacturers out there Heinz

What can I say that's not been said…

What can I say that's not been said before... Heinz gone awful for years so I no longer buy their soups. Today I tried the beans and sausage that I love (or loved ) Only to leave the 'new richmond sausages' on side of plate. they were repulsive. told my wife never to buy their stuff again.
So whilst I'm on here I must mention that these (Heinz) have joined the racist and woke brigade. Do they think along with all the other advertisers that it's ok to overload t v comercials with none whites.... When I see this I say "well, I won't be buying it". This country is still prdominantly white so any adverts should reflect the fact instead of putting out a message to the alternative.
Heinz 57 ,... 57 recipes been ruined by cheaper and cheaper ingredients.

watery chicken soup

i would like to ask why your heinz chicken soup is so watery, the cost of your soup has exploded with inflation so why down class it by making it so tasteless and runny? i have bought it for years and now you leave me no choice like everyone loyal customer to find other options. its a shame that the company are happy to lose all customers over this but they clearly will, makes me sad.

Why did they change heinz beans & pork sausages to Richmond

I myself over the years have enjoyed a quick meal with heinz baked beans and pork sausages and so have my children but since they changed their recipe to Heinz beans and Richmond sausages everybody has refused to eat them due to the taste so after all these years they have ruined a product that didn't need changing terrible

Not worthy of one star

Fell into the trap of the 5 for a fiver. Tasted disgusting! Just threw two down the sink, then annoyingly the sink blocked.
Normally a constant Baxter's fan.
I'll return the other three to Sainsbury's for a refund. And of course, I'll be certain never to buy Heinz again.
What on earth has happened to this once great company?

After swearing by heinz for most of my…

After swearing by heinz for most of my life, there seemed to be a dramatic drop in quality from the 2010s onward (especially the watery baked beans) so I switched to buying own brand store versions and oh my god they are usually so much better.
I only buy Tesco own brand tomato sauce (the full sugar version is lovely) and baked beans now, they are so much nicer and the baked beans especially have a much thicker sauce.

You save money too, I always giggle now when I see the store brand shelves are empty, meanwhile the heinz stuff is fully stocked and reduced. Gone the way of Cadbury I never touch that awful chocolate now.

Heinz beans and sausages used to be my absolute fave. Probs went through a few tins a week, But since they’ve changed to Richmond they are vile! Same for the beans and sausages… just why…! I read today that it was to improve the recipe and taste… well blow me, it’s done the complete opposite. Please listen to the feedback and bring back the OGs!

Not only do they actually taste 1 million times bettter (the ogs) but they also didn’t contain gluten! This doesn’t really matter to me, but well done in reducing your customer base, by doing this but honestly I will not be continuing to buy them.

Another customer lost!

Richmond sausages are disgusting in your beans and sausages, haven't bought again since the first time I tried these. Absolutely gross and no amount of fake reviews or blog bullshit is going to make me buy these again. Listen to your customers and bring back the original ones.
