Tried Heinz tomato soup for the first time as it seems to be popular. What a horrible, sweet yet salty bowl of yuk.

There were tiny flies in the canned chicken and tomato soups.

Poorest quality Ministrone soup @£1.70 / tin.
Not the usual reddish tomato color but rather brown and did taste somewhat bland and left a poor taste to the pallete.
What's going on - increased prices, reduced quality, poor aftertaste.
I'm sticking with Tomato for the foreseeable future, you cannot spoil Tomato surely!

Awful watery weak tasting soup. Won't be buying it again. Pity because the minestrone and cream of chicken used to be a nice comfort food I'd enjoy occasionally, heinz have done what every other company do nowadays - reduced the quality and increased the price so that they can turn a nice profit

Tried the New. Heinz vegetable soup that now has no vegetables what a mistake they have done it’s now like baby food

Big soup, its now just mush...tomato soup,strange metallic taste. The others like veg soups been altered n cheapened till its ,imo,verging on foul.the beans now are watered down,3/4 full.......gave up n bought better, cheaper from liddle n aldis,,, for the same price m+s do soups and far far nicer tasting

Have just tried Stilton and broccoli ,OMG what a total disaster! awful awful. Who at Heinz gave this recipe the heads up ?? very weak tasting, un seasoned and has a dreadful after taste.

I usually purchase Morrisons or Sainsburys Scotch broth but recently received a few tins of Heinz Scotch Broth from a friend.
I have already boycotted any purchases of Heinz products due to their inflated prices.
Imagine my surprise when I tried the Heinz product! Tasteless, gloopy horrible stuff. I can't believe they are selling this Rubbish - What's gone wrong with Heinz???

Bought some heinz tomatoe ketchup other day not like it usely is very vinegary could be a bad batch? Has anyone had similar experiences 🤔

Ordered two highly priced, personalised Heinz to home products from their Christmas range, for a baked beans and ketchup fan. Quality of both was shocking, badly attached labels and a spelling error. Communication slow and ineffective. Total disappointment and terrible service. NEVER AGAIN, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Tomato ketchup is just water, same as the sauce in the baked beans. Will use any but Heinz and Heinz are the most expensive too, would expect much more 🤮

Costs skyrocket whilst quality plunges!

I do not understand why Heinz would allow a long and successful brand to suddenly become substandard unless it was only about lining pockets. I can't be the only person who has noticed that since hiking the prices the sauce in beans, spaghetti, etc seems to now be watered down more than ever!

Came here to say that I was really looking forward to some Heinz chicken soup, especially as I have Covid and I imagined make me feel better. NOT anymore. Not only did I have to pay twice as much for it but it looks and tastes NOTHING like Heinz Chicken Soup anymore (& that's not because I have Covid). It's sickly sweet, too creamy and rare to find any bits of chicken in it - it doesn't even taste of chicken at all! Disgusting move Heinz! I will never buy this priduct fir my family again. Looks from the reviews that you've cheapened the tomato soup too.

What has happened? I bought a Heinz chicken soup as fancied some thick creamy comfort and it was so watered down with no bits of chicken at all! It was awful. It just splashed everywhere off the spoon. I will never buy it again! Heinz should be ashamed!

Heinz is a disgraceful company to deal with .I can’t believe how unprofessional and how pathetic their communication avenues are .No wonder that sites on social media and television are encouraging consumers to buy own brand labels .Goodbye Heinz Hello all other supermatket brands of beans and soup .

How does every other brand of soup, beans, sauces, etc. manage to manufacture, distribute, and sell at a fraction of the cost of Heinz - with all participants happy with their payment?

Unfortunately Heinz have really jumped on the bandwagon of hiking up the prices. Yes I know everything has gone up but not 100%. Stopped buying Heinz products 2 years ago when prices started to rise. Aldi alternatives half the price and just as good if not better.

Tomato soup is awful. Don't know what Heinz have done but it is too thick and not a patch on old recipe. I appreciate vegans/vegetarians have to be catered for but surely there are other soups available which are vegan/vegetarian.

"Heinz to Home" - A Disappointing Experience for a Long-Time Customer

As a devoted customer of Heinz, my loyalty has been severely tested by my recent experience with "Heinz to Home." For years, I've appreciated the consistent quality of Heinz products, especially their soups and beans. However, I began noticing a decline in quality, which prompted me to try their special home delivery service, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, this decision led to profound disappointment.

I placed an order worth £35, expecting the same standard of excellence Heinz is known for. The reality was starkly different. The delivery arrived late, and to my dismay, the packaging was damaged. This was just the beginning of a series of letdowns.

Upon inspecting the contents, I found that most of the tins were near their expiry dates and appeared to be seconds or damaged goods. The condition of the products was far from what I anticipated from a brand of Heinz's stature. Expecting a swift resolution, I contacted their customer service, only to be met with a bureaucratic maze. It took two weeks to realize that my complaints were being handled by a third party before being relayed to the company.

When Heinz finally responded, they informed me that the items I had ordered were discontinued. While a refund was promised, I am still awaiting its processing. This entire ordeal has not only been frustrating but has significantly tarnished my view of the brand.

To add insult to injury, the lack of direct communication and accountability from Heinz is astonishing. It seems as though they take their long-term customers for granted, assuming our loyalty is unconditional. This experience has left a bitter taste, and as a form of protest, I have resolved to boycott Heinz products moving forward. It's disheartening to realize that a brand I once held in high regard has let its standards slip to such a degree.

Heinz Tomato soup has gone down in taste and value. Overpriced and tastes completely different to how it used to taste. Cheaper brands are now beating Heinz in both taste and value. There soup in a pot is even worse.
