Great looking unique minis! My order got delayed due to royal mail being hacked. Issue was resolved in a timely manner. Will be ordering again!

The minis are beautiful and rarely have mould lines. The company is fast woth sending the orders, they're minimally packaged (good for the environment AND shipping costs!) I've never had an issue with shipping speed or turnaround, though I have never ordered a preorder item.

I have read complaints about hasslefree and their service regarding dispatched orders of customers waiting and unable to contact them, I myself had same problem. I managed to get in contact Mrs white of hasslefree via contact information given on their Facebook page as they were having problems with site contact at the time. Honestly Mrs White sorted things out and was very helpfully in getting problem solved. They have had some issues health, staff etc but to be fair Mrs White was understanding and helpfulland my issue was sorted quite quickly. I have no complaints and am happy to continue purchasing products from this company. All in all very pleased with service recieved.

I had issues with my order, but being aware of problems with royal mail I thought I'd just wait. Turns out that was a mistake! I messaged them about a week ago and when notified of the missing order, I got my toy soldiers in about a week. They were incredibly polite, and the box comes with free sweets.

Speaking generally, HF minis are exceptionally good sculpts with extremely clean casting - outside of a few of the older moulds, flash and mould lines are almost invisible. Most of the current order was recent figures, and while I have several to get through, I've so far yet to find any that required more than brief rinsing.

I have been painting models from Hasslefree for nearly 20 years. The miniatures are sculpted to the highest standard and the casting and production is neat and largely flash free.

The range itself is incredible and covers many pop culture genres. They are perfect for RPGs, dioramas, display models, skirmish games or character models for larger armies. It is hard to find an independent minis company out there that is better.

Communications, which were previously always excellent, had hit a glitch recently... but this has made a marked improvement and looks like it is also back to usual excellent service.

The people in charge are lovely people and I highly recommend them.

Hasslefree make some of the best miniatures on the market. The sculpts are incredible and the casting is first rate. recent purchase of 'Harby' has been... erm... hassle free. Like everyone in the industry they have had issues around delivery times but I have made dozens of purchases, at shows and online, and they have always been great.

Great product, but the company staff lacks attention to detail. I got my products as promised, but required constant pokes, prods, all through alternative channels. Two Kickstarters, two sets of excuses for poor running of a business. Sadly, after the experience I had with their first Kickstarter, I cannot give them more money for the service that was provided.

I have been a repeat customer of Hasslefree for years. One of the best sources of miniatures you will find in terms of quality, sculpting and customer interaction.

They have even helped with projects by suggesting other manufacturers who may provide a part or piece that would fit in with a diorama etc and suggested model making solutions.

Their service has always been top notch along with their comms. Having met them at shows they have attended such as Salute, I can also vouch for them being good people and as kind and helpful in person as they are by email etc.

My experience is from a whole ago but it was really good.

I've ordered countless times and always received excellent service. Communications are excellent and the Figures are of fantastic quality. Superb quality casts.

Basically, stunning minis, a sculpting style I really like, full of imagination, movement and energy and the castings, both resin and metal, are crisp with little or no flash, oh, and the prices are very fair, even at the moment.
Only downside was that the last package was quite badly delayed and took several emails to sort out, though everything did arrive. Previously delivery had not been a problem and it appears (Royal Mail permitting) that these issues are resolved and back to normal.

Quick delivery of some of my favorite miniatures. I love Kev's work and it's really nice that they always throw candy and sometimes an extra miniature in the parcel.

I have ordered from Hasslefree for several years and generally have received everything fairly quick for being in the US.

Never had any problems, made maybe a dozen orders in total, they've all arrived quick and always been 100% accurate. Plus sweeties that my friends wee girl likes.

Excellent value for money.

Purchased a classic fantasy football miniature, the quality of the miniature was amazing.

Actually had an issue where the item arrived but was misplaced by family without informing me, so I was under the impression that it hadn’t arrived. Communication from the team was professional, smooth and helpful, and just as we reached the point where they were offering either a refund or another miniature free-of-charge I found it!

Would definitely recommend.

Ordered on 1st April 2022 but never received. They ignored my polite emails requesting an update sent 16 May, 1st June and then ignored my request for a refund sent 25th june (definitely correct email used as had communication about a previous order that was very slow). Gave up with them and instead approached PayPal for refund which PayPal then issued on 21st July. Beautiful minis, terrible customer service / communication.

In this age of ' next day' or ' same day' service, people have given up on the small family vendors who do their best with what they have.

Enjoy what Kev, Sally and Dameon mean to our hobby. ' cause Amazon can't do what they do.

I've placed a couple of orders with Hasslefree a few years apart (I try to get my money's worth out of international shipping). While the quality of product has remained exactly what I expect and look forward to, I also find their customer service to be excellent, especially when you consider they're a small company dealing with international commerce. In Nov, I placed an order with ~30 minis. They had stated up front that they would be closed/not answering messages for a time, and were running a sale to help make this less painful (especially for those of us ordering ~30 minis). Between Facebook and their newsletter they gave status updates when they returned - more orders to fulfill than expected, which is a good problem to have. Along the way the Postal Strike delayed shipments, a hiccup they had no control over. They still provided what updates they could, and I had no worries that everything would arrive when it could. Roughly 2 (well updated) months later, I received my order. It even included some extra minis, which I now take the opportunity to thank them for although it wasn't expected. It may take a while to bulk up an order for international shipping, but there will definitely be another order in my future.

My experiences with Hasslefree have always been positive. Communications have always been good; timely and informative, orders have been posted quickly and always well packed and delivered without damage or parts missing. The quality of the miniatures is excellent. I have been buying from Hasslefree as long as I can remember them being in business!
