Fantastic sculpts with a huge variety. I use HF minis for RPG characters, wargame proxies, and tank pilots. The metal casts are high quality and your order comes with free sweets!

On one order I received the wrong figure. After an quick email exchange, they posted the correct one and told me to keep the mistake. S

Love the minis I've picked up from hasslefree. They're a small company and do get the occasional postage back log during busy periods but I've no hesitation in using them again.

The sheer range of figures is great and unlike most companies it's not just a million variations on a theme. I personally try to pick up the resin masters, that are a little more pricy but always top quality casts. Having said that, never had any issues with the metal figures either.

Ordered from them several times now and will continue to do so.

Despite some criticism, I've always had a very positive experience with Hasslefree. Any delays are usually well publicised and owing to outside factors, and all in an effort to keep the product at a very reasonable price. Models from rival manufacturers are often significantly more expensive, yet the quality of Hasslefree, not just the sculpt itself but the production finish, is up there with the very best.

I've ordered from Hasslefree on more than one occasion and will continue to do so into the foreseeable future. Minis come packaged well and arrive in a timely fashion. The one time I had an issue it was more than made up for, and indeed turned my already decent experience into a great one. Cheers Hasselfree!

A friendly and honest company that produce some of the best figures in the business which are a joy to paint. I have purchased from them frequently over the years and the longest wait I have had is 2 weeks for delivery.

I have always had excellent service from these guys - despite the Acts of God difficulties they have faced.
I don’t expect orders to arrive the next day - but within a week or two is perfectly reasonable. They are not Amazon prime, but I bet they pay all their taxes!
It is sad to see only those that have had a problem commenting here, and certainly does not reflect my experience.
Give them a go, be patient, be nice. You won’t be disappointed.

I have used Hasslefree a couple of times just before Christmas 2022 and more recently in January. I found them to be easy to shop with, good communication and items delivered well packaged and on time.
The miniatures are of great quality too.

Have been a long time customer and always had good experiences with them. Shipping can take a little bit longer sometimes but usually when its part of larger sales.

I've ordered from Hasselfree several times, and not only has the product been the highest quality, but it was delivered to my home in the US pretty quickly and came with candy! The one time an order was late, I emailed them and got an immediate response, and on my next order they threw in extra candy and a free mini (which was very unnecessary, delays happen). If you're a hobbyist with a 25/28mm non-heroic modelling project who isn't looking at the Hasslefree store to see what they have to offer, you're doing it wrong; the minis and accessories are amazing, and I wish I could afford to buy it all.

Some of the best sculpts around. As a long time roleplayer and miniature and diorama painter i cannot rate these guys lower than a 6…

I’ve ordered several times from HF and have always had my expectations exceeded. Shipping to the States has been reasonable, the quality of the resin and metal models is beyond good, and my girls love the little sweets that come along with the order. Love these guys, will definitely order from again.

Their sculpts are amazing quality and generally in the past I had no issues with their postage to NI. I appreciate there's been a lot of chaos recently what with flooding in Wales, health issues and postal problems some caused by Covid and others by a ransomware attack. Still the longest I had to wait for a mini was a month I'm okay with that.

One month of delay between the delivery of the package to the post office and its delivery, the fault of the postal service.
The true problem was the lack of feedback on my emails from the company.
I was finally able to contact Sally and get constructive feedback.
So 5 stars for Sally (and also of course, for the quality of the miniatures).

I live in the US and have ordered from Hasslefree Minis many times without a single issue. Great minis and great service, always with a bit of candy at the end!

I was looking for a "Wonder Woman" type figure and had looked at various manufacturers when a friend recommended Hasslefree Minis.
I found their website easy to navigate and found exactly what I wanted and a few more for a Shieldmaiden force I was building.
The figures were/are excellent quality and reasonably priced. They were delivered in good time and well packaged.
I will definitely use this company again.

Hasslefree is a small british company, and that shows. In both good and bad ways.
Hasslefree has soul. Their minis are great quality. They offer most minis in both whitemetal and resin. They care about their customers, even if people dont think so.
But because they are a small company, every problem is a big problem. And the last few years have been Covid, Brexit and waterdamage at their werehouse.
So I will quote my friend who showed me this great miniature company "If you have time to wait, these are some of the best miniatures you will find"

I bought my first Hasslefree miniatures back 8-9 years ago, I still use them, I still love them and I will still buy from them.
