Have used many times over the last decade or so. Only had one error which was minor and dealt with quickly. The models are excellent quality, reasonably priced and are sculpted in a way that they are nice to paint

The best models both scale and detail wise I have ever bought makes me nostalgic for the good old days of hobbying.

Hasslefree produce excellent minis and improving service.

They are a small team that in 2020 through end of 2022 they have had major set backs with illness and factory damage. This has Massively impacted their customer service but they have been open and honest about it at every step.

They are now getting back on their feet, and once again provide 5* service for less than 5* prices

Used to shop constantly here, was one of my go-to places to shop, never had any complaints.

However, at some point over the last few years things went downhill. Started waiting weeks for dispatches, very little communication from company despite numerous messages and emails. I even considered reporting the company to trading standards at one point because I couldn't get in touch with anybody for weeks. Others also complain about a lack of communication and slow postage times, so it seems these issues are still continuing even though its been years.

I understand stocking issues. I understand life happens sometimes and things slip, but the best way to combat that is communication. If you ignore messages for weeks, don't provide updates or offer any explanation as to why you've taken 8 weeks to post something, I'm not gonna shop with you anymore. And I don't shop here now, which is a real shame because they were once my favourite.

If you don't mind waiting for your parcel, the actual store is great. Good quality products, reasonably priced and never had any issues with products being broken, faulty or any other issues with the items themselves. I always loved that sweets would be included in the packaging too!

But the incredibly slow postage, lack of customer service and communication issues mean I don't shop here anymore.

The minis came quickly and they’re always of a really high quality.

I highly recommend them and will definitely be shopping with them again soon!

I've ordered from Hasslefree Minis a few times now and on every occasion their customer service has been nothing short of exemplary. When orders have been delayed, or had other issues they have always resolved things promptly and to my satisfaction.

Their miniature range is absolutely fantastic and the quality of the casts is always spot on, requiring little more than a wee wash (in the case of resin) and clean up prior to being ready to work on.

I'd have absolutely no hesitation recommending Hasslefree to someone looking for great quality, well detailed, characterful and often quirky, miniatures at fair prices.

Have always had good experiences buying from Hasslefree, especially during the periodic sales. Figures are shipped within a few days of purchase and there's always an announcement over delays. Items always arrive well packaged wrapped in paper and/or bubble wrap, so have yet to receive anything broken.

Repeat customer who's never had any issues. HF make simply some of the highest quality character minis out there. Excellent sculpts and casts. Very dynamic models. Great service. Love them :)

Of course I love the figures that Hasslefree provides, but I haven't had any problems, at all, ever! I'm in the U.S. and my orders are always quick and accurate. Did I mention I love the figures?!

Absolutely some of the very best 28mm scale miniatures I've ever seen.
Fantastic choice and a lot of them have variants of the same miniature in different outfits and armour/weapons and also the same character in different poses.
Great models, great people. Another plus is the headroom of the parcel weight invariably gets filled with sweets.

I always feel a bit mercenary with HF as i don't order as often as I would like (blame the wife, blame the weak Canadian dollar...lol)

when I do though I have had ZERO issues with stock or timing or even shipping across the pond to Canada

price wise its cheaper for me to import than it is to buy even locally - go figure - and HF's prices and range of models is unique and very well priced

Ordered a few times, never had any problems with getting my order or any unreasonable delays.

The plus side for this company is that they're currently in the process of cutting over their website to a new one - and have been for months now - so you can't actually experience the extreme frustration of putting an order in and then having every enquiry about it ignored. Check out their facebook, there are numerous extremely annoyed people chasing order by any means they can.
Don't get me wrong, the miniatures and the resin casting are/is gorgeous (note, they've just changed resin casters, so I can't say if this is still the case), but when you're used to a quick turnaround from them, then one order just hangs, and hangs, and hangs, and you ultimately realise that no amount of comms from you makes any difference as you're being completely ignored, well, it's a kick in the teeth for the trust that you've placed in them. Their whole system seems to be confused, like having orders marked as 'COMPLETE' before any miniatures are despatched.
I'm at the point now where I'll never order from them again, it's happened too often, and there's ALWAYS some sort of excuse being made for the continuing issues they seem to experience.
My advice, if you really do have to place an order, use Paypal, then you can always open a dispute with them and get a refund if nothing appears.
My better advice, just cross them off your list and purchase from someone else.
Used to be such a great company, now intent on completely alienating their customer base. Their hearts plainly aren't in it anymore.

contacted HF (through web site) early August, to see if i could pick up an order, as i was working in the next town, no reply,
£80 loss.
found some good alternatives.

Hands down the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Placed an order at the start of November 2021 and after a month of trying to contact them about where the order was and failing to get a reply I had to go to my card provider. Fast forward to March 2022 and Hasslefree (ironic name) contact me claiming they sent my order at the start of March and were unaware of a chargeback 3 months prior (yeah right). The cherry on the cake was them telling me to pay for an item I never received. After informing them I never received the item they claimed to have sent, they then proceed to threaten me with the small claims court! Told them to go ahead with that (it won’t get anywhere).
Avoid this company at all costs!

You wouldn't buy a car from someone with 'Honest' in their name - so you might want to think twice before you order from a company called 'Hasslefree'.

Never received the miniature I ordered, or any order confimation for the miniature.

Seven emails went unanswered.
Two facebook messages were read, and unanswered.
Two telephone messages were not returned.
Posted on their facebook page - it was taken down.

If you absolutely have to order from this car-crash of a company, then protect yourself by using Paypal - thankfully I have just got my money back...and still haven't heard from Hasslefree...

EDIT: about a week after Paypal refunded me, I had an email from these clowns asking 'if there was a problem with my order'.

Now, ONE YEAR LATER, they've replied here. Kudos! Perhaps, like the song says, you should let it go...

I came across Hasslefree while looking for miniatures to “populate” a couple of table top games I’d started getting into.
Their range is fantastic covering quite a few popular genres. But what makes them stand out for me is the individuality each figure has. They are very much “character” figures which are especially useful for RPG’s. A lot of time has been taken in designing them and I appreciate that. If you feel up to having a go at creating your own or converting, well they even offer a range of “basic” anatomical figures, armatures and other details. They’re encouraging creativity and that’s not a bad thing. If there’s a downside, for me it would be that “out of stock” items seem to be out of stock for a while.
The quality of their figures is also very good. The ones I’ve received, and I’ve ordered quite a few over the last few months have needed very little preparation in terms of cleaning up. Tiny amounts of seam if at all. So the quality control is excellent.
As some other reviewers have mentioned delivery, I will say this. From my experience, I’ve had my orders within 2-3 weeks and I’m fine with that while others might see that as being too long. However, I’d rather know that what I’m getting is of the quality they’re offering. They arrive well packed with some bonus sweets too.
If asked, would I recommend Hasslefree? Well, from my own point of view, I would. They’re some of the best figures I’ve come across.

Made an order. Never received that order. Tried to contact them and they ignored me. Made a claim on PayPal and then they tried to blame it all on me. They ignored PayPal,so at least I am getting my money back.
