They call themselves Hasslefree and that is the biggest joke, for years all they do is moan and make excuses for poor service and slow delivery and the sheer amount of health issues, factory unit floods and excuses they seem to use I think it’s only the sculpts that keep this business going. They should hire staff that are able to ship out and not be whinging on about migraines or some other health issue plucked out if thin air.

At this moment in time I'm at almost 13 weeks waiting for my order, I've had a single message stating it was their fault the order hasn't been sent - Emails ignored, other messages ignored. They we're a great company, But I'll never use them again ... :(

I have been dealing with Hasslefree for years. They sometimes take a bit longer to arrive than I would like but the figures are always worth the wait. Their sculpts have improved over the years.

Appalling service, zero communication. I ordered figures in October 2020, part of the order arrived in November. Since then several phone calls unanswered and dozens of emails ignored. Eventually on 2 March received email despatch notice with no details of what was allegedly sent. 30 days later still nothing has arrived. UK Post is slow just now but this company works on geological timescales.
Avoid this company.

ordered a mini - it arrived. Can't really say much more than that.

The miniatures arrived but 12 months after I placed the order (no matter how good the minis I can’t go above 3 stars for that, then I placed another order that I’m still waiting for that after over 6 months… Fool me once…). If they sort out their admin issues they could be the best of the best, because the miniatures really are some of the best on the market.

My original review was as follows:
“For years these were a great company producing some of the very best miniatures on the market - my absolute favourite! Now they feel more like an internet scam operation. I’ve paid my money (months ago) and no miniatures or replies to my emails.
The extraordinary quality of the minis is irrelevant if they never send them to you!!”

3 years later and they want to know my order number, full name and phone number?

Why on earth would I give you my phone number? You have my email address, if you want to speak to me, email me.

Unless of course this is just an attempt to have negative reviews removed from Trustpilot by querying them after 3 years..

The worst customer service I have ever received from a games company.

A month since I placed my order and it's not been delivered.

They simply ignored my messages until I copy and pasted my experience on to their Facebook page, where other customers might see it.

Then I miraculously got a reply.

Not a "So sorry, we missed your messages, we'll get right on it."

Nope, apparently it's my fault because I don't subscribe to their newsletter.

I know I'm not alone in getting awful service from Hasslefree. This isn't the first time I've had this experience with them either.

Needless to say it will be the last...

I have ordered at least five times from Hasslefree. They have always been prompt with shipping. Packages arrive with the models in good condition, with minimal or no flashing, mould lines, or other concerns. The models themselves are well sculpted, fit a 25-28mm scale gaming, and are in a range from fantasy, to modern, to sci-fi. I know other folks have had an issue with getting their orders in/augmented/changed, but I've never had so much as a hiccough in my ordering. (Heck, my most recent one I was able to guess the arrival date to the day!) - To be clear, two of the orders were during 2020 and in the midst of all the relevant chaos, whereas the others span back a few years.

(My last two orders both arrived from the UK to Canada in slightly over two weeks. Were all in-stock items when purchased, and were in mid-late 2020.)

Excellent and beautiful miniatures! When it comes to delivery you just have to be patient - it can take a long time, but it is worth waiting for :)

Excellent product and service, the company was awesome and even let me know when a mini I really wanted came in after requesting them to do so. The products arrived fast and in good shape with minimal cleaning that needed to be done! The order even came with some edibles and such!

Quite possibly the worst company in this industry that I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from.
I wanted to cancel a preorder so an order could be shipped, a simple request I though and something that I have done one or two times in the past with other companies. I have just been stone ignored by them for months on end having tried to contact them across 3 of their different email addresses. I was able to contact them once on Facebook and got a "We'll look into it" response, nothing happened. I will not order from this company again and I'd advise others to think twice about it as well.

I've ordered quite a few miniatures from Hasslefree Minis over the years, & received nothing but excellent service & communications. Their sculpts are extremely high quality, & their prices (compared to the leading wargames producer) are reasonable. Also free sweets with each order, & free minis during special offers :-)

Lack of communication, no urgency at all in shipping product (if it gets shipped at all), absolutely non-responsive to inquiries, hostile and angry when questioned about lack of delivery. On the rare occasions when there is communication, excuse after excuse is offered. Seems to think that intentions are pretty much the same as performance, as in "Our intentions are good, so don't bug us about actually delivering what was paid for."

A shame, because, if they ever arrive, their products are reasonably good. It just isn't worth the agony.

As the title says, a rating of zero is actually a bit high.

Should have updated this earlier, did eventually receive my order, the figures really are fantastic, very dynamic and full of character. Their shipping seems to have been sorted by all accounts. My second order from them was a lot quicker.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, funds were taken, confirmation email received but no further contact. Have emailed and no response. From Facebook posts it looks like orders almost 3 months old are still outstanding and with no communication.

The miniatures from here are great.
You can’t find them elsewhere.
The delivery and service however is hit and miss, ordered twice.
One order took a few weeks to come and the order page wasn’t updating, the other a few days and updated as such.
I chased the first one, just got a ‘we’ll look into it’ kind of message.

Some of the very best miniatures in all of Britain, and the product/pricing would certainly be worthy of a 5/5.

Unfortunately, Hasslefree really dropped the ball on communications and getting some serious e-mail trouble sorted out in late 2018/early 2019, which made them look extremely bad.

As a consequence of said mess, I personally had to wait until late June 2019 for an order placed around Halloween 2018. Without ever receiving any clear communications on why the delay, or on the items having finally been dispatched. (I did receive an unexpected inquiry about a previous order, which I had long received.)

On the plus side, HF tried to make up for the mess by including a large number of freebies, so they clearly do understand the importance of keeping customers happy.

Now, I have never had problems with HF before, for years they’ve always used to be super fast & reliable in delivering top notch product (and they still did the latter even this time around). So I know from experience the 2018/19 mess was because of their communications meltdown.

Nonetheless, they urgently need better crisis communications and handling plans (or, most likely, some kind of actual plan to begin with). The dismal reviews coinciding with the period off their communications meltdown clearly show that.

Overall, I’m going to say 4/5, because the recent catastrophic, dragged-out mess disqualifies them from the 5/5 rating they’d deserve based on over a decade of prior experience.

Nice people and no hassel getting my things. Even if they have problems in a personel manner, it is still nice to do business with them. And yes. Ones ! I got my things late. But what are Ones in million ;O)

Never received my order and several polite attempts at communication were ignored. Would advice against doing business with this company. At best the costumer service is non existant. At worst it's an outright fraud.

Avoid this company. They make great looking miniatures, but you'll be lucky to ever see your order, and will be even luckier to actually get a response from them if you query anything. If you do get your order, you'll probably be pleased with it, but I've never dealt with a company with this poor a level of communication - Not getting a response after weeks of waiting and sending reminders. I think they used to be a reliable company, so have a fairly loyal fan base from then, but I've only dealt with them in the last year and had awful experiences. I will never use them again even though I like the actual miniatures - you can't rely on them, and to not communicate with customers is pretty unforgivable.
