Sonos Beam

Ordered a Sonos Beam from them at the competitive price of £319 off their easy to manage website. It arrived well packaged within two days. Great communication from start to finish. Highly Recommended.

A Quality Service

I recently purchased a home theatre system from Hi-Fi Confidential where speed of delivery and communication was perfect.

Subsequently one of the speaker cones blew and I wasn't sure if I would get much help from the company. I needn't have worried, as after a couple of phone conversations with Anthony a brand new speaker was on the way to me, with the courier collecting the damaged one so I didn't have to bother about sending it back myself.

All in all I couldn't have been more impressed, it's rare to get good after sales service these days, and I will definitely look to make another purchase from Hi-Fi Con' in the future.
