Good purchase - at the time !

Bought a tv from HI FI Confidential and the price was ok and it was delivered promptly. Annoyingly the day the tv was delivered John Lewis had the same tv for £50 less with the added benefit of a 5 year rather than a 1 year guarantee - so a little choked about that

I ordered a Sony 49 inch tv

I ordered a Sony 49 inch tv , it being the one that topped my want list at the lowest price I have seen. Ordering was simple and my order confirmed with a phone call to me. Tv arrived on time ,Brand New and as ordered. I would buy again from Hi Fi Confidential. Keith.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Parcel arrived 2 days earlier than I expected and the product was cheaper than anywhere else at the time of purchase. Would definitely recommend to others and will be shopping with them again

Extremely customer focused business who…

Extremely customer focused business who are happy to speak to customers.
Slight problem with TNT around the delivery but when i mentioned this to these guys they were straight on to the Account Manager at TNT seeking a resolution, which they did.
Top marks for competitive pricing and genuinely going the extra mile for the customer
