The problem with this company is how to return or exchange item. I had to spend 30 pound to exchange So I had to keep the item or I would have loose to much .

Great price and delivery time
Great price and delivery time, but it came with original box and no packaging box to protect so there was damage on the box, hopefully nothing has been damaged inside. Have to wait until Christmas Day to open it and see.

Overall experience with HiFi…
Overall experience with HiFi Confidential was great. Ordered item for Saturday delivery, received it and am happy. The only reason I have knocked off a star is due to the really poor courier service used to ship the order. I had explicitly requested for Saturday delivery. However, I was surprised to receive an email from the courier that they would deliver the package on Friday! Tried calling the courier - was passed from one department to another only to be told that there was no record of my order or transaction!! Anyway, asked my partner to stay home (just in case) for the delivery but no one turned up. The item was itself delivered on Saturday but I was put through some inconvenience due to poor communication. I know this is not necessarily HiFi Confidential's fault but as a customer I look at HiFi Confidential as the customer and not the courier. The courier service and HiFi Confidential need to be more joined up.
