Bought the Somerset Pocket Mattress from my local store. After my old mattress anything would be nice but in all honesty its fantastic- had some really good nights sleep.

I bought a Highgrove Dreamworld Buddy Fabric guest bed. The quality and comfort isn't great for the price. I expected it to be better.

Purchased through a retailer. Received a bed base that had a faulty drawer. The screws for the headboard were missing. It took 3 attempts to have the screws sent to me. Asked for a replacement base. Upon opening the plastic packaging of the second base found that the castors had been attached to the material in a plastic bag and had at some point moved around during transportation causing the screws of the castors to push into the material resulting in a number of holes in the base material. It's not rocket science, put the castors in the drawers of the base!!! I've asked for a refund from the retailer and to collect the bed. It's a shame because it took me some time to choose that bed and I really liked the material and colour, but none of this has been my fault, it's bad workmanship.

An awful experience with a mattress just over 12 months old….bought end of dec 23 noticed the problem March 25. I just thought it was me being a bit sensitive as I have had a hip replacement and get out of bed on my bad side….i kept noticing something sharp catching I thought it was a sharp button….i kept mentioning it to my partner and asked him to turn the mattress round only to find the very sharp thing was not a button but the sharp end of a spring poking through the fabric….so lucky I didn’t end up in a&e, just scratches and lucky it didn’t catch my new scar. ….my Partner had to get pliers to bend it back into the mattress…. customer services failed to assist forwarding us to where we bought the bed and mattress, we did that and initially told they would repair but then as over 12 months they decided it would not be repaired….considering they quote
‘Our dedication to excellence ensures that each product we deliver meets the highest standards of quality, durability, and satisfaction’
‘A Highgrove mattress is made to the very highest standards….built using decades of bed-making know-how’
I guess we ended up with a very low standard and dangerous mattress not as described by the company.
absolutely disgusted that an expensive mattress lasted just over 12 months…..we have no young children that would jump on it like a trampoline and purely just slept on due to being ill etc do not bother with them. Very disappointed is an understatement our old mattress was years old and used a whole lot more…..we should have kept it.

We purchased a Highgrove Wilton adjustable double bed with four drawers from Gillies Aberdeen. There was an order glitch, but that is another matter. There was an issue with 2 of the drawers not closing flush, and a small section of loose stitching on the mattress. The Gillies installers could not get the drawers to close flush, so they photographed the 2 issues and reported back. Highgrove Beds responded by saying they would replace the bed and mattress, but this would not be until January 26. Being in our late 70s and in an apartment, we did not at all relish the repeat upheaval of another bed and mattress delivery and assembly. I therefore suggested, as an amicable compromise, that some compensation for retaining the imperfect goods, with the warranty remaining in place, would probably be more suitable to both parties. To my surprise, Gillies reported back and said that taking compensation would void the guarantee. So, more disruption and inconvenience it is for us, and I assume a cost for Highgrove for collection, redelivery, and installation, etc. It seems a nonsensical approach under the circumstances. I just hope there are no issues with the new bed and mattress. I absolutely don't want further disruption!

For Kit & Caboodle Highgrove Beds are one of our most dependable suppliers. Along with great quality and price this is so important to a small company such as ours.

Purchased a Highgrove mattress 18 months ago, developed a pronounced ridge across width making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Supplied photos and dims as required via retailer, confident the issue would be resolved since the warranty is 5 years only to be told this had been invalidated because the mattress is in a weekly holiday let. No idea why this means there is now zero recourse - a Highgrove mattress that goes into e.g. a hotel could go faulty a week after purchase and they are left high and dry? I very much doubt it. Beware of Highgrove, they promote a warranty which implies quality and customer service, in reality this is window-dressing to generate a sale and when there is a clear fault they hide behind the small print. Wouldn't buy again, a mattress shouldn't be unusable after 18 months, sorry.

After delivery of the Highgrove divan set I realised I’d been sold what looked like a reject base, not finished off and the mattress was lower one side.
Complained to the furniture shop in Dunfermline (well known) who insisted on sending an assessor out.
Wouldn’t accept my photos.
All the assessor said was ‘Jesus Christ!’
The mattress I was told was soft but the mattress which they delivered is firm.
Shop are refusing to give a full refund although the bed is faulty.
Will now be taking further action.
They obviously think because I’m an elderly woman on my own they can sell me anything! How wrong!!

I have had a Highgrove ottoman base and headboard with Astrid 2000 mattress for my granddaughter delivered from Arthur LLewellyn Jenkins in Llantrisant and she loves it. This is my third purchase of a Highgrove bed and the quality is superb.

Bought Highgrove Belvoir Latex 1400 from our local bed shop along with a divan base approx 4 years ago.
After a year noticed staining to mattress due to natural sweating (never had staining on any other mattress I’ve owned) used mattress protection covers purchased at time of order.
(At no point did local bed company say we needed to use a waterproof mattress cover)
Always aired every change.
Mattress has holes to surface (top) spoke to place of purchase and staff member came to view.
Was told that no point pursuing with highgrove as they would see it as wear and tear.
Mattress is not fit for purpose and gives off strange smell I assume due to breakdown of latex on the top?
Considering the cost of this product
I would not recommend not buy again

Avoid like the plague. Customers service shocking. One headboard went back due to broken wood underneath fabric but stuck out when looking at the bed. This was replaced, now the small double mattress is sinking so bad and the button indents from the mattress dig in your back. Only had six months and already thinking I’m going to have to call Bradbrees. You sit in the side of the mattress and it just collapses. This electric bed cost £1600. My advice don’t buy a bed from the manufacture.

Just had my new venues mattress omg it's fantastic I had my first mattress 4 year ago for my sons bedroom and i was not disappointed at all with this company
We purchased bed and mattress from Arthur LLewellyn Jenkins in 2022. This has a 10 year warranty. July of this year as the bed was approaching its 2years in August. I found that the stitching on the top of the mattress had started to come away and the filling was coming through due to the top material disintergrating. I immediately contacted Arthur Llewellyn Jenkins. They contacted Highgrove and sent photographs of the problem to be told it was settlement. Being unhappy with this lame excuse ALJ sent out an Independent Assessor who said it was definately a Manufacturing problem. Highgrove came back and said they would change the mattress but because we have had it 2 years we would have to pay them 10% for usage. USAGE!!!! Really! Its our bed we paid outright for it. WHY! do we have to pay for using it. The mattress now costs £899 and they are expecting us to pay 10%. It has been 5 weeks now of chasing ALJ who so far have not resolved this issue. I am in no way going to pay Highgrove for a bed that I own when it is a fault due to the manufacture. My next move is to contact the OMBUDSMAN. PLEASE! PLEASE! Do not buy from Highgrove. They are a disgrace.
I’ve had 4 highgrove beds and mattresses for the last 10 years and can say these have been the best investment ever. I just had 2 more delivered for my children and hope these are as good as the ones prior.
Would recommend them anytime.
Dont go for a cheap option as a good mattress means a good back !
Buy cheap … buy twice ..
I have tried to get used to my very expensive Highgrove Sanctum Pillow top mattress but it’s been uncomfortable since purchase two years ago, a dip has developed in the middle and the roll together initiates a permanent and enforced level of intimacy even the happiest of couples would find irritating. I find it interesting that there appears to be almost an exact and very polar 50/50 split with people either loving or hating this product. Nothing in the middle at all. How strange???
