Bought the Somerset Pocket Mattress from my local store. After my old mattress anything would be nice but in all honesty its fantastic- had some really good nights sleep.

Recently bought a Clevedon Mattress from High Grove Beds and I have to say the service, quality of product and the speed they delivered was quite simply outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending High Grove Beds, I will be back. Great to witness good honest and traditional service its a refreshing change. Thank you so much!
Just had a bed delivered and what a delight this company were to deal with. Couldn’t have asked for a more friendly or reliable team. Absolutely perfect from start to finish. The product is top quality and I can’t wait to go to sleep. Thankyou Highgrove!
Just had my new super-king-size mattress delivered, what can I say, just perfect service all round.
Thank you Highgrove Beds
Great business to deal with - great value and good service!
I've had the highgrove luxury pocket collection raffles 1000 series for 1 year and 9 months now. I wake up with aches and pains all over my body and feeling tired. I've been flipping it every couple of months as well. Was disappointed after searching to find all these other negative reviews! Do not recommend.
I purchased a Mayfair mattress 2000 pocket as I have been struggling with back pains for a number of years.
Following physio and chiropractor sessions I no longer require and physio or alternative treatment. My back pain has gone whilst sleeping on my new mattress.
I honestly suggest if you are experiencing back problems you purchase the Mayfair mattress from Highgrove Beds it’s truly a remarkable mattress which has improved my symptoms.

Honestly the worst bed I have ever bought for that price!
The memory foam is supposed to adapt to your body and make sleeping more comfortable. Instead it dips and sinks (even if you frequently turn the mattress) and the middle has a hard ridge which isn’t especially romantic! Both my husband and I are suffering from back ache and poor sleep. The warranty is absolute rubbish too. The worst is that this was marketed as a quality product- reflected in the price tag! Avoid like the plague!
I purchased my first Highgrove Panache mattress well over 6 years ago and it is still as comfortable now as the day that I bought it. Guests that have stayed over have all commented how comfortable the bed is, so much so that my sister and two other friends have bought this mattress for themselves over the last 4 years. I even bought two mattresses for my holiday home and regularly receive comments from friends who stay there about how they have had the best nights sleep in a long time because the mattress is so good.
I must admit I was hesitant to go ahead with the purchase of my Highgrove "fifteen" mattress, having read the reviews here. However, I was reassured by Robert, the sales guy, that they sell 100s of Highgrove mattresses a year with no issues. Having spent an hour in-store, trying various mattresses and that they could deliver the mattress the same week, I thought I'd give Highgrove a try (paid by my credit card, just in case). Three weeks on, I have to admit it has been one of my better decisions and I'm sleeping like a baby, won't ever go back to memory foam again. Credit where credit is due. 10/10
3 years ago we bought a Highgrove Regency 1500 spring mattress. After about 6 months we found that an uncomfortable ridge was developing down the middle of the bed. We eventually complained to the shop when the ridge became so large it pushed us away from each other. We provided photos which showed the rise in the middle. We assured the shop that we turned and/or flipped the mattress with every change of the bedclothes as the manufacturers instructions recommended but this did nothing. The shop were good enough to change the mattress without a quibble but again we find ourselves in the same situation. We felt it unfair to go back to the vendor again and definitely do not want another Highgrove mattress. The ridge that has developed in the second mattress makes it difficult for my wife and I to sleep close together again. We are now looking for our third mattress in 3 years because of the poor quality of this Highgrove Beds Mattress.
27 December 2016 I purchased a Highgrove Beds king sized ottoman bed. One year after the one year guarantee expired I discovered that the bed did not close properly so I contacted the retailer who arranged to come out & look at the bed. I had 4 different visits from the retailer between January and April (I had to take time off work for this) where they replaced the pistons at the headboard end but this made no difference, in fact it is now far more wobbly when I lift the top to access the storage & I fear it potentially collapsing causing me injury. They finally discovered that the wooden frame of the top part of the bed was broken. World of Beds contacted Highgrove Beds and were told there was nothing they would do as it was outside guarantee.
I have called Highgrove over a dozen times & emailed them a similar number of times in the past month to complain. I spoke to someone in Customer Services who told me that Customer Services staff are told to ignore emails from customers and only deal with retailers – nice attitude! He said he would speak to Customer Services & ask them to call me back the next day as the man who could deal with this was off. No call back received.
I emailed again having sought legal advice - I was advised that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 guarantees mean nothing and goods should be expected to last a reasonable amount of time so I could “demand” repair or replacement. I quoted this in my email. No response received.
After numerous calls I finally got to speak to the Complaints Manager who was incredibly rude & offensive to me and just talked over me and argued with me, he was not willing to listen to me. I appreciate that it is my word against theirs regarding the fault – they say I could have damaged it. I know I cannot prove this but are not willing to even entertain the idea that the fact that the bed may have been faulty. He said he would contact the retailer for info / photos – I rang again about 10 days later and he admitted that he hadn’t bothered contacting them. He then asked me to send photos – I did this and still no reply.
I have emailed & called the Manager of Highgrove many, many times – no response.
This company are horrendous. They do not care about customers at all.
Worst bed I have slept on complained after 6 months of mattress sagging in one area. Had to complain to AHF where we had purchased divan, mattress and headboard. AHF and Highgrove just fobbing us off because of HOMESERVE report where the rep failed to report on stitching and piping coming undone, also the handles on side of mattress unfinished, raw edges not folded over and sewn in. Rep reported lay test as not supportive this is on the report yet in issues this is transcribed as supportive when questioning this we were told it was a typing error. Steer well clear of buying anything from this company the 10 yr guarantee is as worthless as the mattress.
Best Mattress by far, I purchased mine from Inspired Rooms furniture shop in Torquay and I love it, best nights sleep I've had for a long time, the staff at inspired rooms were really helpful and treated their mattresses with care, great service.
HIGHGROVE LUXURY 1000 POCKET! NOTHING LUXURY ABOUT IT. WORST SLEEP IN MY LIFE. NO SLEEP TO BE EXACT FROM NEW TO 4 MONTHS LATER. YOU WAKE UP AT A TILTED ANGLE FEELING THE SAG TILTING YOU OUT OF BED SO UNCOMFORTABLE. BAD BACK AND NECK NOW. WORST MATTRESS EVER BOUGHT AND MOST EXPENSIVE BED! STUCK WITH IT NOW. MY BACK PAIN IS UNBEARABLE. LUXURY MATTRESS FAR FROM IT. I NEED A BOARD ACROSS IT TO SLEEP ON LOL!
Highgrove beds, just be warned.
I sent an e mail to Highgrove about the condition of our bed, how it has become so uncomfortable with deep sagging where one sleeps, & a center firm ridge in the middle of the bed, but no response.
So I next informed the Land of Beds whom I purchased from.
After several e mails, they organized an independent bed inspection.
FIRA Service Technicians provide an independent after sales service for furniture products.
There report......
Technician Findings - Mattress on a slatted base with a 80mm gap between the slats. Settlement reading found on both sides of 1cm. Pressure test found softening and less resistance in main body area on the both sides and firmer resistance head and foot ends. Edge sitting not determined as side edge support is firm. The lay test found dipping was felt on both side where hips are on turning and center area to be firmer. Cover and stitching are good and there is a tv in the room. Inspection has found no structural failure and only settlement of specification fillings.
Action Taken - OTHER (this means none)
Action Description - Mattress lifted and base inspected with slats. measured a string line test was carried out with a pressure and lay test completed visual inspection of the cover and stitching no further action could be taken.
So, the response from Land Of Beds was,
Hi
We have received the report back from the independent technician. They have advised there is no manufacturing fault with your mattress.
As per the agreement below we will be adhering by the technician’s report and unfortunately, we will not be able to process a replacement.
So with this information available, I can only advise people to steer clear of Highgrove beds.
I went into Mattress Medics in Milton Keynes beguiled by the name and seeking comfort for my two previous slipped discs and ongoing osteoarthritis.
I was assured that a solid base divan and a Highgrove 2000 mattress would be ideal.
Bed was delivered on 05.09.18 and I cannot sleep on this bed. Both Mattress Medics and Highgrove are hiding behind health and safety although I have patently been mis sold. E mails have become vitriolic and quite unnecessary considering my age and health problems.
I bought a mattress protector which does not let ANYTHING through so the mattress is pristine. I just want to be able to sleep at night.
