AVOID!!!
Wow look at all these massively negative reviews and not a word from the company. Speaking of reviews ,about time no stars could be given . I went Christmas shopping , quite a few shops there, 3 hrs is just not enough! Plus there is the getting out of the carpark , which has one exit and is always super busy and slow to get out, more time clocked up over your time given getting out of there. They should give more time or have a paying system for if you go over the free time given, other wise lots of people will not bother to shop there again, I know I won't!!!
Have today received a letter from debt…
Have today received a letter from debt collections bailiff’s for £160.
No previous correspondence or pcn. Shopped at Asda feltham as usual, used Asda voucher to pay for parking as usual. Anyone know what I’m supposed to do next?
This company is full of crooks
This company is full of crooks. They gave me a ticket for parking in my gym car park and overstayed by 14 mins as I was feeling unwell. Sent them proof. Said I could pay 20 within 14 days for admin charges. I decided to appeal and popla rejected it to help these crooks. Put it up to a 100 pounds. This company should be reported to watchdog. I paid reluctantly. I will try and take this further.
Highview parking
Highview parking - Utilita Birmingham - I have received a PCN for "Insufficient payment for parking". I can clearly see on my statement that I paid £12.50 for parking which is payable at the time of parking. As I had to queue for over an hour to exit the car park am I suppose to be able to predict this and frankly pay for the poor running of this car park and the privilege of queuing to get out of the confusing dump. Considering how many people are likely to have been fined in this way, its an amazing scam that you appear to be getting away with.
Lets hope the fat cats profiteering from this misery get to go out and buy themselves a lovely meal and choke on it.
Most decent companies look at their feedback on Trust Pilot, but I have no doubt at all that there will be no assistance offered in this case. I've tried calling and cannot speak to a human (likely because they don't employ any).
Disgraceful scam.
No consequences for parking and blocking access
They are quick to fine people for staying longer than the two hour limit, but don't see fit to enforce consequences for individuals who park outside of spaces (pavements/footpaths), as well as blocking access in, around, and on exit of the carpark. This is a carpark at a local health park. It's a constant issue and needs addressing now.
lip service to appeals process
If your onsite machines can't accept payment due to being offline and I do not have a smart phone or internet access. I am automatically at fault and fined. I believe this to be discriminatory to older people who do not carry smart phones or access the internet. If your machine cannot accept cash or card payments then the liability is yours, not mine.
One star is much to generous-dispicable
One star is much to generous. I made an honest mistake and there were several reasons for my oversight on the day. However the appeal did go against me which I have accepted however on trying to pay there system would not allow me to do so. it kept coming up with error messages and then ultimatley saying payment failed. I had sufficient funds to make the fine payment, I tried various browsers, even on my phone all to no avail after over 2 hours of trying. In th end I decided to send they the step by step screenshots of what I was doing such was my frustartion showing I had followed everthignt othe latter. Even to the point it stated I had to enter the date, month and year in 2 digit format and you can clearly see I did this on numerous occassions. I called the number 0844 3718784 they stated on their information some 33 time over about 1.30hours which cuts off (i've sent them screenshots of these too). I then later realised this is a preimun rate number and I was horrified that this was the case. no scruples what so ever. It will be interesting to see how and when they will reply. Difinetly there is no customer service. Due to this taking up over 2 hours of my time I have sent them and invoice for my time, due to failings in their systems eating into my time.
Scammers.
Scammers.
I got a £51 reduced fine for being late to pickup my car at Waterfields Retail Park, Watford. I appealed and lost.
I took it to Popla and again lost. I accepted this and was expecting to get a letter to say you owe us and now need to pay the full amount of £85. Instead what I got was a letter after 14 days saying that it has now increased to £155! They are absolute scammers, there was no letter to say that it would increase after 14 days. On top of this they charge an admin fee. Scammers - avoid at all risk. I hope the people who work there sleep well. I completely understand the need for this however what I don't understand are the sneaky tactics they use; for example never responding to emails/phone calls; sending letters late.
Awful company. I hope that carma comes around for everyone who works at that company.
This buffoon court have sent me a false…
This buffoon court have sent me a false ‘judgement for claimant’ letter telling me I parked in a pub in north London. I live in South London, I never drive to north London and I don’t visit pubs. They are clearly chancing their luck or confused. This is intimidation and I wish I could take them to court for this.
scammers…
I work for tesco and these scammers will not allow me to have a parking permit. It just seems all they are interested in is making money.
Unethical company
I received the Parking Charge on 17.8.23 in the late post, the lower charge needed to be received "within 14 Days" but date given is 24.8.23. What if we were away for a few days, this is simply not long enough and is DELIBERATELY designed so you end up paying the full charge. I am horrified to see that others have stated that their letter arrived AFTER the date for the lower charge had passed, no decent company does that! I also absolutely object to having to pay extra in order to give them the money, i.e. a £1.50 administration charge if paying online or a charge for using the 0844 telephone line! Deliberately not giving time (or enough time) to pay lower charge and charging for actually paying are the marks of an unethical company. They are sharks intent on extracting every drop of money by any means possible, obviously it's not enough to legitimately charge for overstaying, no they have to scam people on top of it, shame on them, horrible company, corrupt people. Scammers protected by our laws that work for the rich and the unethical companies.
Scammers!!
Highview parking are dishonest and I, along with many others it seems, have been lied to when they said they had already sent the first letter. I received no letter.
The so-called "2nd" letter is the only correspondence I've received. So not giving me a chance to pay the discounted amount, they skipped straight to the full fine. Crooks.

Have received 4 fines for overstay. Not in dispute as I didn’t read the entry requirements. I received one at the lower rate which I have paid. The other 3, however, I never received the originals at the lower rate. Currently in dispute. I think they are a bunch of scammers! All four relate to dates in June and July 2023.
Unethical is too polite to describe…
Unethical is too polite to describe this company
Scoured online resources to check how authentic the letter was as Iwas sure it was a scam - I hadn't ever been provided with a notice / letter outlining the charge or what the 'contravention' was for me to appeal it
I have now received a letter dated 9 days ago stating that if I dont make payment of £170 within 14 days of the document date it will be pursued via courts or bailiff & I no longer have the option to appeal.
The company they have enlisted to pick up these debts are just as bad & the whole scheme is dishonest.

Sent me a ticket even after registering at Asda shopping center Edmonton green.
Be careful when parking there. Take a picture for proof. DISGUSTING COMPANY.
FINED FOR USING PURE GYM THAT I AM A MEMBER OF
Really poor company I was fined for using pure gym, at my local gym it is free parking and i didnt realise i had to type my registration number in at the new gym, its not like i was parked there and was not using the facilities of pure gym the whole time parked, i even sent them proof of my gym log in but still charged me an admin charge. Also they will take forever to reply to emails but then give you a deadline to pay, also i tried to pay online but it gives me the incorrect amount to pay, also the phone number they have provided does not ring, not good service very poor
Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company, sent me a parking fine and requested proof or parking restrictions which they didn't, appealed and then due to the delays of the letters sent I didn't get the 14 days to pay at the reduce rate, tried numerous times to contact, they then wrote to me with a demand letter which increased by 3. Told them i'm not paying that amount and would be happy to pay to pay the initial amount but still not allowing it. I just told them to take me to court .

Can not speak to an actual person, when trying to pay online they try to take a little extra soy payment declined. I moved another £5 to pay the extra 15p they didn't inform me of via their phone payment service and it doesn't even try to take the payment again, will just say declined.
Ridiculous service and online service will cost another £1.50. properly signpost for parking charges, because if your sick and been awake almost 2 days straight, you may miss wherever the machine or sign to pay for parking is, because I assure you I didn't see any!
Impossible to contact
There is no way to contact them and the letter arrived in 13 days
They totally disregard what you say to…
They totally disregard what you say to them in response to a fine. Especially when the registration is wrong. It’s worrying that someone cant tell the difference between an O and a D
