fraudulent parking fine
I have been issued with a fraudulent parking charge by this company.
I parked at Utilita Arena on 2/9/22 but when I attempted to pay the charge on leaving I joined a queue of people unsuccessfully attempting to pay at a faulty machine.I was advised by the staff in attendance on sight to contact the company on my return home.I telephoned the company and spoke to a representative who said they would send me an email with a link to pay the charge.I provided my email address but the link never arrived. On 10/11/22 I received a letter outlining a parking fine of £30 if I paid within 14 days. The notice was dated 1/11/22.I am appalled by this company's inefficiency and dishonesty in this matter.
Parked in Edmonton
I parked overnight in Edmonton as i was staying in the adjacent Travelodge. Hotel confirmed free parking for hotel customers if i validate my parking at the machine, which i did. Highview sent me a PCN and keep rejecting my appeal even though i sent evidence i am a customer and they also rejected travelodge's request to cancel the charge. See you in court
I parked free parking on a Sunday
I parked on free parking on a Sunday, and they claimed I didn’t buy a ticket even though it was free parking, been pestering me for over a year now. Not. Real company. Fake and money grabbers
I drove to a shopping mall with a car…
I drove to a shopping mall with a car park operated by this company. I agree with 99% of the negative comments made on Trustpilot about this company. Consumers are being ripped off by such organizations. The fact is that such companies are "in business" because they can rip consumers off. They will ignore your representations and the system they operate for appeals is an unfair one. Further, there was no warning that they were operating CCTV when I drove into the car park. I personally consider the lack of a warning about this to be a gross intrusion into my personal private life and morally "un-British".
In my opinion the only solution to this situation as "private car parks on private lands" are becoming as common as dirt is to deprive the shops and stores which operate from shopping malls of this type of one's business. If enough people do this then the loss of custom on these sites will drive the stores and shops which use such businesses as Highview to abandon such sites as in the end it make them commercially unviable. I know this will pressure them to change their ways.
Moneymaking cowboys
Issued me with parking ticket for overstay. On the back of PCN it says By telephone is the lowest cost way to pay. But as I've found out from my network provider I've been charged £2.61 for the phone call. So yet again these cowboys prove its just a money making exercise. BPA waste of time as it's a self governing body. The law needs changing on these private parking companies.
Horrible company, no morals or values
A proper nasty company. No common decency at all and refused to overturn my fine even though I showed clear proof of being in the venue for well within the allotted time. Simply because I made an error when entering my registration plate, they've charged me £100 and POPLA (who seem to be equally useless) have backed it. By the way, the 'error' was because I happened to be driving a different car that day because mine had just been broken into (which I also provided evidence of and a crime reference number). These companies really couldn't give two sh*ts about anyone.
Absolutely mean despicable and horrible…
Absolutely mean despicable and horrible company who will stop at nothing to chase people that their CCTV may have caught on camera. Like so many others on this site, I feel massively aggrieved about this bunch of total cowboys. They should shut down by Trading Standards. Like so may other's I'd too moved house since the date of the alleged offence yet 'somehow' they found my address and filed a CCJ against me. What bastads they are. Are they in cahoots with the police or the DLVA? I very much suspect so. I contested the CCJ. They threatened to send balliffs round. If these bastads send baliffs do not let them enter your house.
Yet another cowboy parking operator
Yet another cowboy parking operator. Despite the landowner (Tesco) telling them to cancel the PCN these cowboys are continuing to issue threatening letters. Call their call center and the barely literate girl on the end claims to be a lawyer but can barely string a sentence together. Told if I want copy of their 'evidence' I need to pay £50 'data protection fee' and a £1.50 payment administration fee on top of the £100 pCN their client has told them to waive.
Just received a County Court claim…
Just received a County Court claim against me from the cowboys at an address I've been in for just under a year for parking somewhere 5 minutes from my house for which I haven't been in for quite some time. No other letters have been received from these 🤡
Scam parking fine
I received a parking fine dated 15/12/2017 to an address I moved out of and notified dvla in October 2016. I received a court letter in Nov 21 saying I now owed over £300. I have been accused of parking on a retail park for over 15hrs which is 5 mins walk from my house. I have never parked there for that length of time. The only evidence they have provided is a picture of a car driving on the road around the outside of the carpark neither picture shows my car parked and you cannot make out the reg plate. They now want £321 or a reduced payment to settle of £200. I am now having to go to court as I refuse to pay a parking fine when I have never parked on the retail park for 15hrs it is a joke. The stress of this is making me ill.
Cowboy business; License should be revoked
A cowboy business that should not be permitted to operate in the public domain.
Sequence of events:
1. 11/07/2022 Shopping done at ASDA Edmonton, 2hrs free parking with purchase + Number plate submitted.
2. 30/08/2022 Parking Fine Letter through the post
3. 19/08/2022 Letter dated (Stating 14 Days to Pay)
4. 02/09/2022 Last date to pay the fine by
Following conversation with ASDA Edmonton Customer Services, Highview Parking has done this to 20 other customers (£50 charge * 20 people = £ 1000).
If not payed in 4 Days ( Not 14 Days as the letter states (£90 * 20 people = £1800).
Observations:
1. Ticket sent 41 Days (Letter Date) after the incident (11/7/2022).
2. Posted late, resulting in only 4 Days to respond rather than 14 days stated.
3. Reckless charges to legitimate paying ASDA customers.
4. Harassment of pensioners that results in unnecessary distress from false tickets.
This company are employed to look after…
This company are employed to look after the carpark at my gym . They don’t do a thing to enforce irresponsible / selfish parking which is becoming a major issue .
People park in front of the emergency access bollards all the time . No one is warned / fined for this . People abuse the disabled parking . Again , no one checks badges , no one patrols at all .
They rely on a camera to check on how long people are parked . That’s it , that’s the entirety of their effort ,
They used to patrol , now they don’t . They used to monitor properly , now they don’t . They take the money for the job , but do nothing to justify their fees . It’s an absolute joke .
One day the emergency bollards will stop an emergency vehicle access to the site ,& as a result someone.Someone will die , and the company will quite rightly be sued for their negligence in carrying out the basic requirement of their job .
I recently received a parking fine of…
I recently received a parking fine of £100 for apparently parking at pure gym for 23 hours 29 mins, however, I picked my daughter up from the gym on two separate occasion and waited for seconds also with the engine running and my lights were clearly on in the photographs. I think this company is absolutely disgraceful

2018 PArking ticket issued to me for a car I never owned and had proof of this from DVLA, No response when I tried to tell them , then handed over to DCB legal who also didnt respond. Have now rceived a county court claim and have now counter claimed via the county court system
Ridiculous
Got a 'reduced' charge of £54 for only being 16 mins over time, which is over £3 per minute! The charge was issued on the 12th July, I received it on the 25th July, and they wanted payment before the 26th July... I had to borrow money from someone to pay this charge, as I hadn't been paid yet!!!! Absolutely ridiculous charges and not very fair payment dates.
Horrible company
Horrible company, was fine because my car back I didn't park well inside the parking line just for a little at a Mcdonald store in catford. Don't understand how the law will allow this company to keep doing this to people that are already in financial difficulties
ANPR registration lottery!
They tried me for £930!! But I asked for evidence. After 9 months of further threats of legal action they finally sent photographic evidence... their ANPR had altered the registration number on the CAR in question to the registration number of my motorcycle (which has never even been to the town in question let alone the car park)! A simple online check of the - free to access - government vehicle register would have shown this to be an error, but they insisted that they wanted to take me to court for the money anyway. Their ANPR system is a lottery that has caused so much unwarranted distress and fear. ALWAYS CHALLENGE THESE SHYSTERS, ALWAYS ASK FOR EVIDENCE AND NEVER GIVE UP!!!
I was working in tesco Yates
I was working in tesco Yates. And signed my car in to the tesco site which I was told to as Highview parking own the carparks. I Finnish 10mins pass the parking time which Highview parking set. The following day I phoned the centre management and told them what happened. To which the centre manager said not to worry he will fix it. Now today I get a count court letter saying I must pay highview parking £316.28. Please be careful of these thieving torags. The centre management lie through their teeth just to get the money. I will write to every newspaper. I know someone will pick it up and do a proper investigation into this company about how they rip people off. And now the management lie to you. I have a relative who is a reporter for a national newspaper and has said they is going to do a write up about the way the company is run and also the management in yate who have told lies to me and other people.
This is a dreadful company
This is a dreadful company. They wrote to the registered keeper who sent a letter informing them Iwas the driver. I got the notice and appealed. They then wrote again asking who the driver was even though I clearly told them it was me. I wrote back confirming I was the driver. They have now threatened the registered keeper with legal action.
I got a parking charge dated from…
I got a parking charge dated from 15/12/21, issued to me on the 30/5/2022 related to overstaying my time (total hours was 23 hrs 19 mins).
WHY , I broke down with an electrical problem so had to fix it before i could move it, no info on there signs what you do if you break down!.
Paid the fine of £61.50 and will now be contacting the management of Yate shopping center, Bristol to inform them I will remove all business to them as i will not be parking in their carpark again and they can expect losses of approx £1200 a year, every year.
