Hate this company, you provide proof they need to cancel charges and they still refuse
they should be closed down

I was working for a days trial at furniture village retail park Slough I was parked where other vehicles were parked anyway later received a parking ticket parking ticket

Absolute sickening disgrace of a company!
You would have to be a certain heartless cretin to actually work for this despicable company!
I replied to this company when they had fined me for entering the car park to attending to a very distressed baby who at the time was hiding her breath! Resulting in her passing out!.
This company's response was that because It was me and my husband in the car at the time, that I should of attended to my baby while my husband went and purchased a ticket! Are they actually joking!
As my husband is not a heartless little cretin like the scum from this company he would not of left his babies side at a time like this!
We were fined for entering this car park which was just off a busy main high street to attend to our baby! We never left the car just stopped her to attend to her.
Absolute heartless these people are!

At Westway Retail Park in Greenford. No one from the company is stopping petrol & Diesel cars from using the EV bays.

Absolute scammers. Charged me for parking whilst using the gym service 3 times and appealed against it showing proof that I am a member of the gym and showed my activity log which matches the date and time of the charge.

Appeal was rejected but then spoke to the gym manager and thank god, they requested with these scumbags for the charges to be dropped which has been.

Tried to scam me off nice try HIGHVIEW, this company should be banned from operating. This should be a minus 5 star company!!!!

Advice - Do not pay the parking fine, go straight to the landowner or the manager of the premises, they will sort it out for you.

Absolutely incompetent!
I am delivery driver for McDonald's so I am in and out all the time. I pick up lots of deliveries everyday and they have decided to select two images of me coming in and out in different time with five hours between them. They have completely ignored the fact that I have been entered and exited at least 10 times between those two images.
Should be sued. Disgraceful behaviour targeting delivery drivers who is trying to make a living during the pandemic.

Private parking companies unfortunately get away with murder when it comes to issuing invalid notices and they get away because normal people won't know how to identify the errors. I appeal private parking tickets every day, and when people appeal and tell the parking company that they were driving, they put the case in the parking operators’ hands.

One thing to remember is, every ticket that goes to court costs the parking company more than you and if you appeal at every stage, they will lose money.

Illegally taking extra payments for what they call a PCN whilst parking on private land. It's an invoice at best. They then go on to charge you £1.50 for making payment by card, £2.50 for sending in a cheque and 2p per minute plus an unknown access fee for making payments by telephone. These extra charges to make a payment are illegal and fraudulent.

This company is used by Tesco's to monitor their car parks. but their ANPR system is rubbish. you can visit Tesco's in the morning on your way to work and then again on the way home and their lovely system will clock you as being there all day - appeal and they just turn you down - I dont think they even bother to check unless you make a great big fuss and prove them wrong - and their penalty notices are very threatening and very nasty - what on earth were Tesco thinking when they employed this bunch of daylight robbers ??
