Great service, friendly staff. Ordered my tyres on website which was very easy to use, pick a fitting day and time. Would highly recommend.

Everything run smoothly and all very friendly and done a good job

Extremely pleased with service and professionally carried out and staff very pleasant.

Check in - no problem. Told the car would be ready in 20mins - great. After waiting 35mins I had to go upto the desk to ask if there was problem. I was told it was ready but now waiting on the manager to do the billing paperwork. This also took an extraordinary amount of time. The slow " after fitting" service was disappointing.
In my view it was caused by only having 3 staff to handle the fittings, answering the phone and dealing with waiting customers.
Staff member Luke was very friendly and welcoming.

Have used HIQ Horley on many occasions and again spot on service.

Tyre change was quick and efficient. Reception could do with a bit of customer relation therapy.

HiQ Horley have been amazing this week. They have fixed a problem on both our cars, where other garages have failed. Helpful, friendly and honest. Cannot recommend highly enough.

After spending years trying to find a mechanics i can trust i can finally say i've found one! After a lot of problems with my MOT and a quick turnaround needed they were helpful, efficiant and squeezed me in on short notice. I had a major problem with the car which they noticed, diagnosed and run through with me simply. They were transparent, honest and went over and above to help me, safe to say i will take all my business to them for the future. I recommend giving them a call and running though any problem( i know nothing about cars so I'm always apprehensive when calling these places as i don't want to look stupid or feel I'm being taken advantage of!)

I went to HiQ this morning to get 3 tyres swapped onto new wheels. I went through what I wanted with the guy from the front desk, left my contact details and the car and returned around an hour later.
I didn't expect to have to check what they had done, so drove the car home. When I got home I found that they had removed one tyre and not put it on a wheel, even worse they hadn't even put it in the car. So I had to go back to find the tyre. When I complained, the fitter said he had done exactly what I asked for. I said that he hadn't, but to put the tyre in the car and I would go elsewhere. At this point another fitter joined the conversation and started shouting at me and complaining about my behaviour. I will not be going back to HiQ ever again.

I ordered my tyres and made an appointment on line. I took my car in at 08.15, went home (I live nearby) and at 09.00 the job was done. The people I dealt with were friendly. What more could I ask for? I will certainly go there again for tyres should the need arise.
