Great experience with Aaron from HBR
I have just had a great experience with Aaron from this company. He was the third engineer I called as previous two could not fix the issue with my HIU. Aaron spent some time, found the issue and fixed it. Full marks to his skills and professionalism, I highly recommend this company and particularly Aaron.

Broken HIU
Steven was friendly, professional and thorough in examining the issue with my HIU. He checked all the valves and the pump and made sure the system was in working order. He also gave recommendations on future potential problems. Definitely recommended.

Thank you for taking the time to update your review. I’m really glad we were able to resolve the radiator issue for you, and I’m equally sorry to hear you experienced a loss of hot water afterwards.
Just to clarify the situation: our visit yesterday was part of the annual service included in your building’s service and maintenance plan. Under this plan, any hot water or heating issues can be reported via the concierge so that we can return promptly. We had an engineer on site all day and could have attended again that same evening had the issue been raised with the concierge.
As soon as this was reported this morning, we returned and resolved the blockage affecting your hot water supply straight away. We would never intentionally leave a resident without hot water, especially having only recently taken over the maintenance of the HIUs on the estate.
We appreciate your understanding and are here to help with any future concerns.

Would happily use again or recommend. Everyone I spoke to was polite , helpful and friendly. Got an appointment straight away and work done soon. Excellent service!

Excellent, speedy, service
HIU provided hot water but no heating. Engineer arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem (needed new part). Engineer returned, fitted part & we now have a wonderfully warm flat. Within 3 days all sorted. We were treated with great efficiency and consideration. No hesitation in recommending.
