Very helpful staff in store
Very helpful staff in store, in Banbury. I had left it very late to order the DVD's but the staff in store were so helpful, ringing me as soon as my 'Click & Collect' order had arrived. Thank you to all involved with my order.

I love this Banbury store
I love this Banbury store. The staff are absolutely amazing. Me and my daughter are always here buying vinyls this time round we bought a very lovely record player that was recommended by VC. He is the best manager there is going and the staff at work under him are incredibly lovely. This is an awesome shop and you should be very proud of your members of staff.

An amazing experience overall
I got the cd that I ordered the exact day that the employee serving me said it would arrive. The employee was also really kind and helpful. When I went to get my order, a different employee surprised me by handing me back my bank card that I left there by accident!! I am so incredibly grateful for that.

Ordered & paid on the 26 April for a…
Ordered & paid on the 26 April for a new release due to come out 29th April dvd went on the shelf before ever getting an email to say they are in went to find out what's going on 2nd May was told still haven't received my order & yet the film was out to buy on a shelf will never use again I will use amazon make sure I get what I ordered only one email from hmv the date it was despatched 26 April.
