Order in Shop And Collect in shop
It’s a Great experience being able to order a Product in the HMV shop and then have it delivered to the same shop.
This makes life very easy for me because I live locally-The staff could not have been more helpful-Excellent service.

Best media store
I always use hmv when I buy music or films. They are good on pre orders and have a good selection of back catalogue material too. They send emails to confirm purchases and for tracking. Best media store.

I received an email saying it has been…
I received an email saying it has been dispatched which said I'd get another email when it was ready for collection. Since I didn't receive another email I accepted that I wouldn't be able to get it before Christmas. I still haven't received another email, but having logged into my account it says it's ready for collection. So has it been ready this whole time and I could have got it before Christmas?
