Assistant was too over bearing…
Assistant was too over bearing ‘pushy’…I felt uncomfortable…instead of continuing my browsing and potential purchases I left feeling uncomfortable not a pleasant experience…..I wasn’t informed when my order came in stock…..but I got the cd that I wanted…..despite the fact that they were playing it originally…but didn’t have any to purchase at that time xxxx no not a pleasant experience or after service xxx

Last 2 days I walked into the store a…
Last 2 days I walked into the store a total of 7 times .I was always served by a person called Ryan.He was one of the reasons why i keep coming back.So friendly and helpful and made me feel like my passion for anime is being appreciated x .He went above and beyond for me to find every single figure available from one piece and even tho I dont like being broke it was sure a lovely experience 😂.Ryan sorry if u are sick of interacting with me and if im a pain 😂😂😂 Ill see you on Tuesday after payday 😂😂😂😂.Please dont let me buy more 😂. Great experience at Castleford
When I ordered my purchase. The sales assistant was knowledgeable and had a great understanding of what I wanted. He was friendly and helpful. HMV is a great brand for CDs & DVDs.
