Misleading options for online order collections.
It appeared my order was ready to collect but was not so travelled up London for nothing, though it was ready the next day I could not get up to collect it till 4 days later.
Also my Pulp Fiction order did not come with its sleeve, something I hope you will not mind me taking it off another one if I see it in the store so that one can be the one that hasn't got one but mine has.
You should have more options to deliver at local post offices as where I live has delivery problems and if not delivered gose to a awkward location where I have a post office just around the corner from me.
PLUS STOP USING WIRE FRAME ALARM TAGS ON EXPENCIVE COLLECTORS BOXSETS THAT DANAGES THE OUTSIDE OF THEM.
KEEP THEM BEHIND THE TILL OR USE DIFFERENT SIZED ALARM TAGGED SEE THROUGH BOXES KEEPING THEM UNDAMAGED.

I love to purchase DVDs and CDs at Fopp Covent Garden. I'm age 73 years and a little, 'old fashioned,so a physical DVD or CD -- one I can hold -- is delightful!
