Helpful staff
The staff in store at Westfield Shepherd's Bush were really helpful in looking for the 3D version of Avatar 2 and ordered it for me there and then for delivery, which was great. The film arrived on the Tuesday after the Saturday.

The store was easy to find and the staff were professional. Found my item straight away and security were friendly, waited upstairs in the holding area for Rita Ora to arrive around18 minutes late and she was very warm and friendly having pictures with the customers and signing merchandise.

McFly CD signing
Went to HMV for McFly CD signing, staff were friendly and very helpful. Although I have given 5 stars, the only really big downside to the day was the UNBEARABLE HEAT in the store...... no air conditioning whatsoever, even McFly lads had a fan on their table !!!
