We were recommended by our house builder to use Holmes and Hills for both our sale and purchase of our houses, we received an excellent service from them and they were extremely helpful and professional throughout, I would highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

I want to thank David Hill for his instruction on the purchase of my property and also the rest of the team. The team responded quickly to emails and made an effort to ensure I understood my role. Throughout the process I felt they were genuinely supportive and it shows as my communication with them was amicable.

Great communication, quick at responding, preferred using a solicitors nearby than a call centred based firm who you can rarely get in contact with.

Absolutely brilliant right from the start to finish of my conveyancing process. I had a first class service. As a seller I couldn’t be more happier I was kept informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend Sally Wood and the conveyancing team at Sudbury.

Mr David Hill has been very helpful in selling my BTL property. His communication excellent, he responds to emails promptly and returns calls. I first wirked with him in 2015 when buying my home, and I have returned to him again and again. Thank you David.
