Late delivery, no apology.
Made a order friday morning, chose and paid extra for saturday delivery. This order was done way before the cut off time for this service. On Saturday I had no email or update. Made several calls, no reply. Finally got through Monday for them to say they haven't sent it and it was due to be sent later that day, I explained I chose Saturday delivery and that it was now 3 days late than what I paid for, there was no apology but got a very laid back, blunt reply saying itll be with me the next day and I'll recieve a email. Wasnt happy with the company or the service they provided. Wont use again.

Good price bit of a cockup taken long than usual to deliver this was down to Bose I had to phone to find out what was going on once explained I was put at easy it would being better if they hand contact me to explain what was going on instead of just letting it go that’s why they only got 4 stars
