Member of staff was very rude

Member of staff was very rude, I came to collect a click and collect order around 3:20 today and the girl on the desk had an absolutely terrible attitude

Amazing Service at Blyth

We went into Homebase at Blyth for a BBQ.We were helped by a lady Lesley who was amazing.She explained the deals ..spent time answering our questions which were numerous measured the cover to make sure it fit our
chosen BBQ - She clearly enjoyed her role and through her fantastic
customer service we purchased a £270 BBQ ! Good customer service is a rare thing these days ..Well done Lesley you are amazing

Picked order up was told only two tubs…

Picked order up was told only two tubs of paint on the shelf one had been opened to use that first on leaving at there was a full pallet of the same colour not very happy about that needed to get back to work so did not go and change it
