Home base compost
Bought 3 bags of homebase multi purpose peat free compost for £18 .this compost is full of wood chips extremely coarse and has not been sifted, it is unsuitable for seedlings and pots .very disappointed with this product

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the quality of our compost. We are on a huge & exciting, environmental journey to reduce and remove peat from our business. Peat free product consists of more and varied materials vs peat; therefore it can sometimes look and feel much different to a peat based compost. Our Homebase branded composts are all tested and trialled. They pass our performance expectations. Drove from Conwy
Drove from Conwy. Went into store looking for a toilet that was higher than normal for my husband who has bad hips . Mary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went through the options with us and helped us look at other bathroom items too. Will definitely be back.
