The young man that served me was brilliant and very helpful. It’s such a shame for all these staff who will lose their jobs after Christmas.

Very helpful, quick & friendly.

Easy to click and collect no issues and helpful staff carrying heavy items out to the car.

Staff very efficient and professional. Took time to listen and were very polite. Order was ready for pick up. Staff member took our other purchases and put them through on the customer service till.

Carpet tiles arrived well packed and on time. Drivers very courteous and helpful.

Queued for ten minutes at the till, only for the cashier to say I’m closing the till as I’m knocking off now, the store was very busy with only that till open. Had to queue then at customer service desk, who then shut as the card machine went down, no customer service, no apologies just poorly run. Can’t give negative stars

Could not have been better.

The hose reel is basically fine but the turning handle was missing and, unlike the product description on the Homebase website it was not assembled ready for use. Returned for a refund as there was not another in store. Refund assistant whilst polite, did not actually apologise.

After receiving the above text I went to collect the above click & collect order which was a long drive into Harrogate.
Very disappointed to find that the Farrow & Ball paint which was the main part of my order was missing and was told it might be arriving the following day !
A helpful member of staff did search the shelves but to no avail.

I’d no idea that the paint was to be via home delivery, as I ordered everything on a click & collect basis .
It wasn’t made clear that the paint wasn’t in stock & would be delivered direct .
The helpful lady at the pick up point / reception also thought it was due to come to the Harrogate store from the info she could see on her screen!

Order ready within 1 hr. Great service by store staff, including assistance with loading car

Went to Homebase in Harrogate, No Staff on tills and one in Collection/Pay. The only staff member there Hannah was incredibly rude. When queuing up to pay after one other person she pointed and harshly said that another person was first, she said that another member of staff was called but they never came. As I walked up to the counter to pay she then pointed out that a different person was also before me but they was roaming the isle instead of queuing up. All in all an incredibly rude employee with despicable behavior towards paying customers. This isn’t my first time having an encounter with her either.

The speed of service was excellent

The lady who served us was extremely helpful, including wheeling the sizeable items on a trolley and helping us squeeze them into our car. All done with a smile on her face!😀
