Efficiency and speed in processing the order were appreciated and being kept informed of progress of order was excellent. The staff member who brought out the wheelbarrow was very efficient but a little more customer care would have been welcomed. Nearing my 80s I am thankful to be fit and active and managed to load the barrow into my car. It would have been kind to be asked simply "Can you manage?"

Shocking customer service in store .
Shocking customer service in store .. refused to sell sample and driven to buy at substantially higher cost on line.
Would not use again but forced to do so on this occasion as required an exact replacement 😡

Fab!
Reserved Christmas sale item online but two other items couldn't be reserved. Spoke to Sam who was really helpful, 4 hours later all items picked up. Staff in store were great as well, made for a great experience. Thanks

Great service great product for price
Great pick up service at the Harrogate store. Blow up 8ft snowman is great for the price of £30. Family love it. Still going strong after 4 days.
