Click & Collect order - A staff member (I think he was a/the Manager) lifted it all into the trolley for me (compost & flat packed raised garden beds) and offered to load it into my car too which I politely declined as I could manage it, though the offer was very much appreciated! If only certain supermarkets were as helpful with click & collect orders! Rather than leaving you to bend over a load of crates a hundred times….

I ran out of paint on a Sunday afternoon, 90 minutes before the Harrogate branch closed. I ordered some more online, very easily and quickly, choosing to click and collect. I picked it up from a very helpful young man about 40 minutes later. The whole process was simple, quick and pleasant - and I got a 15% discount.

Very helpful assistant called Lewis Deighton helped me to view a boxed mirror on shop floor and then ordered the mirror for me online for home delivery next week.

Excellent customer service as usual from staff at Harrogate store. In my experience they are always ready and willing to help customers.

Excellent customer service. Got a phone call from Lewis in the morning to say that my click & collect order was going to be slightly late and another phone call when it was ready to collect. Can’t ask for better customer service than that.

Simple to place a click and collect order after checking stock. Had to do this at stores in Harrogate and Moortown Leeds. Both had the order ready to collect well within time first thing in the morning.
