The speed of service was excellent

The lady who served us was extremely helpful, including wheeling the sizeable items on a trolley and helping us squeeze them into our car. All done with a smile on her face!😀

I received £135 saving by ordering online click and collect service

I ordered and paid on line for 4 but on arrival there was only 3. Told order was complete and stock available. I did this to avoid a wasted journey as its not local so the out come was not great.

Every thing from ordering to click and collect went really smoothly so thank you.

Parasol collected was incomplete and also other stock held was exactly same (incomplete). We now have to travel for 1 hour to collect from another store. Good job we checked before leaving the store. The assistant did his best to rectify the situation but it’s such an inconvenience to us due to other commitments

Visited the Garden centre today to buy several items.
1.The compost had lots of missing pricing and the compost I purchased was on offer at £5 reduced from £7 on the POS so decided 3 bags on that particular compost as I couldn't find out the pricing on a lot of others. At the till was £7 or 2 for £10. The staff accused us of being wrong and that the POS was incorrect. Rather than being reflective the staff were defensive and told us we could only have one bag at £5. 2 bags at 2 for 10 plus one £5 bag would be the correct price anyway as we were expecting to pay £15 so don't understand why they were making it our problem. The 5 ltr ronseal fence paint on a bulk end was also unpriced as was the bags of yellow sand so didn't purchase these items. It seemed there was a lot of pricing covered with white blank labels. Overall I found there is a serious pricing issue on outdoor categories. Every time I shop I'm overcharged on something or there is no price and is becoming frustrating.

Ordered online for a click & collect at a very good price. Travelled to the store an hour later and picked up my order.
Everything went smoothly, what's not to like 😌

The lady who was on the rug desk gave me great advice on what wood to get for a fire, and directed me to the place in the store and told about some offers on the wood. When I returned she had retrieved the fire basket that I'd ordered online and when I saw an opened bag of timber logs and asked for a discount she did it straight away. She was polite and lovely. Thank you :)

It was easy to order .
Delivery from Yodel was confusing and annoying. Received message stating delivery 7pm - 9pm, nothing arrived and no information . Next day another time slot was given, I received my order.
I now don't have confidence in Yodel

We bought our kuchen mobel kitchen through homebase with our designer Samyra. Samyra was excellent from beginning to end and knew everything. Her communication between us and Kuchen mobel was brilliant. The kitchen is self is outstanding and everything was delivered in a timely manner. I can highly recommend using Samyra from Homebase.

Arrived to collect the garden furniture I'd ordered online. I already knew the dimensions of the box so there was no way this would fit in my car! Two Homebase guys transported the huge box to my car, and we unpacked it all. They helped me get this corner sofa in my car. I was so grateful for their help and optimism!!!

Although your online order said you had stock I was informed that there was 1 item short and did not know when back in stock

Excellent product at a good price. Had to travel to get it but the assistant checked to see the data base was correct e I made a 70 mile trip to colle3ct.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on customer collections too and in and out in 5 minutes.
Very good would definitely recommend both the product and the retailers.

I cannot thank Ellie enough at your Harrogate branch for helping us choose our new garden furniture and home furnishings. Ellie also gave us delivery options which really helped us make our decision easier. I will definitely be back to this branch in the future.
