Poor customer service will be placing a formal complaint
The woman serving was an absolute cow! I will be putting in a formal complaint. My toddler was asleep on my shoulder. She dumped the mats on the floor rather than passing them to me at waist height when I may have had an actual chance of handling them. Then watched me struggle with them - no offer of help. Never shopped anywhere with such bad customer service or staff without morals or concience

Buy 2x 2.5lt tins of dulux emulsion for £32.00 or 1 for £21.00.... and if they haven't got the colour they will mix for same price!! Unless its not a stock item?? So they have the paint and tints but it £9.00 dearer..Why?
Even members of staff said its how they get you.
