Trying to get a refund to be paid to paypal
I've tried to get a refund for Christmas lights I purchased online, i collected from store the following day, the lghts were faulty so returned the following day .. the purchase was made with PayPal you've not cancelled the PayPal order, so I'm still paying for them ... instore I was told it was yourselves that sort that process out

Click and collect item was waiting and they had emailed me when it was available. Perfect Christmas box to stash our treats. Staff are always very pleasant and helpful in this store.
