Paul on the check out was very friendly and helpful.

It was quick and easy to find what I needed, check availability, click and collect. The item was ready for me when I arrived. The whole exercise from click to collect took about 30 mins (including travelling time). I’ll never order this kind of stuff fromAmazon again, it’s Homebase for me from now on.

I popped into my local homebase in Upton on Sunday morning to buy rocksalt. I was on my own and happened to mention to Carol, who served me, that I wasn't sure how I would manage to lift it into my car. She straightaway offered to help me. This lady has served me before and always has a lovely manner with customers. She certainly went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned

I wasn't informed when goods were ready to be collected. When I did go I was told that they had already been collected!. When shop assistant looked in a cupboard, hey presto! There they were. Very odd.

Easy to navigate store, lots of interesting things, they had the product I needed, and a friendly presence from the lady at the til, Carol

I visited the store to collect order having received text message was advised the Homebase IT system was showing that I was to expect a refund in due course? Went home an hour or so later received another text advising to collect item and the next day the same. I rang the store the staff seemed as confused as me and advised wait for my refund. When I questioned further staff advised my order was available for collection. Resulting in two trips in Christmas traffic, and a telephone call and x2 texts all for one order placed online. Would not recommend to others

The Homebase D Line Trunking was better value for money when compared to other local stores and Homebase actually had it in stock. It’s also self adhesive. Ordering on the website was very straightforward. It was ready for collection the next day. I was kept up to date about collection information. When I picked it up the staff were very helpful and the trunking is very good quality.

Replacement shower head. Easy to clean and three settings.

Despite the store stocks being sadly depleted I managed to find what I needed. The lady on the checkout till was very helpful and cheerful. Her name was Carol.
